Had a good experience at Holy Family Hospital. The doctors were knowledgeable and caring, and the nursing staff was supportive throughout. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Grateful for the timely treatment and overall care provided.

Very very satisfied by the service. Specially want to thank Dr. Pooja vadhera ( Gynaecologist) very calm, polite & positive attitude. I recommend the hospital also for very cooperative & cool behaviour of the nursing staffs.

Very disappointing experience. The billing staff did not explain the surgery estimate properly and made me run around. At discharge, when I asked for a detailed bill, I was told it is not provided for patients in SB rooms. Staff member Vinayak behaved rudely and raised his voice when I asked him to explain the bill. I will never visit this hospital again or recommend it to anyone.

The service is very good, especially the sisters. They keep checking on the patient if they require anything. Overall, they are very supportive and helpful. The doctors are very good and experienced. I would give five stars out of five.

Excellent overall experience with supportive nursing staff and Dr. Suhail Bukhari (vascular surgeon). However, initial doctor communication and attendant facilities (seating and storage) could be improved.

Urgent cases is tarha kahin treat hote dekhe hain?

We had a very positive and satisfying experience at Holy Family Hospital. The Neurosurgery, Gynecology, and General Physician departments are all excellent. My wife underwent VP shunt neurosurgery in November 2025, which was performed by Dr. Shadma. The surgery was successful, and the care provided was outstanding. After that, we also chose the same hospital for my wife’s delivery, which was handled by Dr. Roli Gautam. The entire process went very smoothly, and we felt completely safe and well cared for. The hospital staff is extremely supportive, professional, and kind. Special thanks to Sister Deepika (feeding Counseler) and all the nursing staff for their dedication, care, and compassionate behavior.

Had a great time invested in this workshop. Was a good experience and an efficient learning which you won’t find online. This one-to-one experience was definitely what I needed for my pregnancy journey. P.S - a small afterwards snacking was also tasty. Thank you doctors and Dipika for involving me in this and coordinating as well.

Another experience at Holy Family Hospital during my father’s admission for treatment prompts me to share this feedback. I have already escalated these concerns to the management and trust they will be addressed appropriately. I am choosing not to detail every observation publicly at this stage; however, it is important to highlight that having an insurance policy should not imply that caregivers are expected to accept all charges without clarity. When a per-day billing breakdown is requested, it should be provided transparently and without creating unnecessary difficulty for the caregiver. Additionally, instances such as the misplacement of a patient’s sample are concerning and require stronger process controls, especially given the routine nature of such cases in a hospital setting. For your information in the test bill the date mentioned is prior one day when sample missing was raised wherein next day sample was taken again. Kindly look into the same if possible. That said, the nursing staff and doctors were courteous and professional throughout. It is also understood that arriving at an accurate diagnosis can take time, as doctors must rely on multiple tests and evolving clinical findings.

The staff at Holy Family Hospital is caring and supportive, but the cost of tests being conducted feels excessive. At the time of admission, I was asked to deposit 50% of the total amount, which I believe is too high. In my opinion, both the admission charges and the cost of tests should be reduced
