"This hospital is absolutely terrible. They waste your time and money for no reason. Even after the patient has recovered, they keep them admitted just to inflate the bill. It took more than 4 hours to get discharged — even after making a cash payment! Worst part is their customer service — completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone."

Bad Experience at Tarak Hospital India Private Limited I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Tarak Hospital. 1. The hospital does not have sufficient in-house doctors. Most doctors are called from other hospitals, which delays treatment. 2. There is a serious lack of proper management and coordination. 3. There is only one senior doctor named Dr. Vikas, whose behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about shifting my father to another hospital, he replied sarcastically, “You cannot even afford Tarak Hospital, how will you afford another private hospital?” He repeatedly mocked us and questioned why we were there instead of going elsewhere. This is not the way a senior doctor should speak to patients or their families. 4. Instead of stabilizing my father’s condition, his health became more critical due to the lack of doctors and proper care. 5. Finally, we shifted my father to Apollo Hospital near Kalkaji, where he received proper treatment and is now stable. This experience caused us mental trauma during an already difficult time. I do not recommend this hospital due to poor management, lack of doctors, and unprofessional behavior.
