This is really good experience with Tarak hospital specialy thank to Dr Prashasti Srivastava and all nercing staff and cleaning staff

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at your hospital. Despite multiple requests, the semi-private room provided lacks basic privacy like curtains, which is unacceptable and distressing during such a difficult time for our family. There are also issues with inaccurate medical records and major discrepancies in billing—TPA patients are being charged 2–3 times more than cash patients for the same services. This reflects very poorly on the hospital’s ethics and patient care standards.

Well, this is actually a business area not any hospital , they are so stereotypical staff just assume everything by their own , very narrow minded . This is all about their reception staff. They didn’t understand the meaning of emergency, even if the patient is dying also, they will just made you stand in queue . No sense of kindness . Never recommend anyone . Also @delhipolice , they are not following any covid guidelines, staff itself is not wearing the mask , no distance maintained , if you go there , definitely you will get covid. @Arvind Kejriwal - Please look into the matter
