Very Bad experience with this hospital as my 6 yrs old kid was admitted on 25th Dec 2022 with the panel of Universal Sompo general insurance and they accept this panel at the time of admission and initial approval was approved the insurance company on 26th Dec 2022 and I was insured that everything is OK but at the time of discharge of my son on 30th Dec 2022, the told me that they will not send for cashless approval to the insurance company because some issues just 1hr before of discharge between hospital and insurance company. They told me that "JO KARNA HAI KAR LO HUM AAPKO CASH PAYMENT DIYE BINA NAI JAANE DENGEY, AUR HUM KOI APPROVAL K LIYE NAI BHEJYENGEY, AAPKO CASH PAY KRNA HI HOGA" I was totally shocked after their response because they took all costly tests of my son without our knowledge because they thought they took money from company. I suggest, DO NOT GO TO THIS NURSING HOME and Dr. Abhishek Gupta behave is very unprofessional and we don't know how they got they degrees. I paid all the amount and they wasted all our time. DO NOT GO TO THIS BAD HOSPITAL FOR YOUR GOD.

I had visited Bm Gupta Hospital multiple times for mine and my family member treatment. Admited my mom here on Jan 24 2022 and they recovered her major issues in 5-6 days she is improoving her health. Thanks Dr Mathur and team

The cashier at the counter took the money for the Level 2 ultrasound test and said since one doctor was available out of the 2 they cannot confirm if the examination would be possible today. When I insisted that that there was an emergency they considered my case, however after 2 hours of waiting patiently I was informed that they can conduct the examination and that I will need to turn up the next day for the test...Writhing in pain I returned home...Today I turned up at the center for the examination and I was informed that since the doctor was not available who had promised to examine me the previous day I may need to come back again the next day.. Helplessly not seeing any humanity when I raised my voice that the doctor agreed to examine me... This appears like a mafia running the business at the cost of Human Life..

Worse place to go, fake diagnosis, inexperienced doctors who knows nothing, just trying to get your money and give you the treatment which you do not require. All setup is fake, everyone who is here, will try to admit you in hospital just to get more money as every one in their requires salary however they should not play with the human body and family sentiments as everyone contains a family responsibility. I am inspired with my own incident as I just went to the hospital for my abdominal pain, I have given the consultation fee of INR 200/- and waited for 45 minutes to get my turn, When I told him about the pain, they just sent me to get an abdominal ultrasound done asap, I believed just like a normal person that if doctor is saying, something would be there. However I paid INR 900/- for an abdominal ultrasound which usually costs INR 600/- if you go anywhere. I smelled something fishy however at that point of time I was just considering that I should be treated well first. Ultrasound was going on, meanwhile the doctor who is doing ultrasound saying that I have an Appendicitis and a fatty liver. He was doing the ultrasound so unprofessionally as all the gadgets that he was using on the stomach can cause sever pain to a person however after completing that, he told me that this needs a surgery asap and reverted me to the doctor. Doctor has gone through with the report and tried to convince me for the same that I should get admitted to the hospital immediately, an appendix surgery is required right now or appendix may get burst, the condition would be critical later on. He said that he'ed do the operation in emergency on Sunday itself. I was in a dilemma whether to proceed with the operation or not. Dr. B M Gupta completely tried to convince me that you have a medi-claim policy and cashless operation can be done, I just need to submit INR 10000/- for security deposit and come in conman cloths for the operation. I just told doctor that I need to consult it with my family as I was went for normal consultation not for an operation. If someone is suffering from appendix pain, he cannot even walk and I went to hospital with my bike and I have driver it self as well. I told the doctor that I need to inform in my company and ask him to give me some medication meanwhile. I took the prescription and left for home. I consulted with my parents and they told me to take a second opinion as well before getting operated. I left for my hometown next week and had gone through with the complete checkup including the full abdominal Ultrasound which as usual costed me INR 600/- and the reports which came out, left me into a shock. I was completely normal, everything was in good condition. No kidney effect, no liver effect, no appendix, no fatty liver, no stone, etc. It was just a normal gas pain which was going on. for just the double checkup I consulted one more doctor with the report and the results are the same. I am good without any appendix or stone problem. It felt me to believe that this hospital is an spam and they are just taking money out, leaving the human bodies useless for a lifetime by doing fake operations. Total cost which costed me out of this whole drama in BM Gupta Hospital is INR 2000/- If I include my home town consultation and everything it costed me INR 8000/- approx which was just because of fake ultrasound diagnosis. I have the two ultrasound reports for the proof which I can public but let it be as I have decided that I will never go to this hospital for even a normal cough and cold consultation and also request everyone to be cautious and if any ultrasound is require, try to take the ultrasound from any independent center instead of their own setup. I noticed that not all fingers are same but as I had an experience which broke me completely from inside. However for people out there, this hospital could be good, doctors would be best. I cannot challenge them as I am not from medical field but I'll never ever believe in this hospital and its fake diagnosis being a 30 years old adult. Damn!!!!!

The facility this hospital provides is amazing. They took the best care of their patients, staff's behaviour and doctor's sincerity level is at its best.Very good hospitality, lab tests are also economical. There's still something which they can take care of like providing online lab report services and some more instruments for baby check up like . Rest housekeeping and nurse staff is good in my experience.
