i have very bad experience from this hospital...due to my child admit in this hospital...they are totally fraud commitment...infact Dr BM gupta is also .....because on 1st day my child is in normal fever i had to go for same they said your child is very critical due to viral fever so its required to admit....i said ok..tell me charges... charges are 6000 per day also staff said there is no bad available...is there only one bad available in the HDU department...i said ok...i will check some other hospital....i dont want to admit in your hospital...in same time one hospital staff come & said i will give you some discount so please admit...he confirm rs 5000 per day i agree due to time issue..that was in midnight around 2 am....again next day i take doctor opinion as how is my daughter condition...Mr Dr S K Aggarwal said it more required 2-3 days...i said ok...after 3 days he said more required 2-3 days...even my daughter was ok..so i said please discharge i will come in the OPD...now i will go with the willing department & i check the bill copy & raise concern for discount..& other medicine .they are not agree..even top management ..i again request please check & confirm name of the persion who available on duty at time of admission...they totally refuse...then i will check at my self & found that was not a doctor that top administration management staff... so request to concern with name & also connect over the phone that guy...that guy confirm over the phone & talk with BM gupta...he garee sir i had give discount .MR BM gupta that is owner in the hospital..."""""now he said i will give discount only one day not for all days...i said why sir ..its your staff..he said yes..but what you want to do...please pay & go I do''t have any problem ...finnally that is hospital owner response...they take totally in cash without any discount....they are totally ...fround...becouse after there i have to go some other hospital & check by other docter my child is fully fine...there no problem.......& also check CBC & other totally fine...& same day report rec'd by this hospital the child is very critical as per BM gupta hospital reports........................so i request to you guy please do''t believe on this hospital reports of BM gupta hospita...if somebody want to check i have all reports ....& also i have to plane take action against this hospital.... note : - it all happen on (14-Sep-18 to 20 sep 18)

The hospital facilities are excellent. Proper take care and healthy diet given by the staff.

Bhut acchi service hai doctors were very humble staff was polite. My patient condition was not good at the time of admission but now she is feeling well

if u r trying to conceive do not go in this hospital... crooks... even the doctor ... Renu Dadu... dsnt seem like a doctor all she cares is money money... i mean what about making a patient understand things... 1st visit and she suggested ivf... 1.40 amh is low for her... even google consider it normal... low is less than 1. shame on her.
