My experience with B.M.Gupta was excellent and exemplary nature. All the staff including Drs was of coordial nature.
We have visited this hospital in serious condition & hospital staff said that submitted the amount first then we will start the treatment, that time we had no option so that we have submitted the amount but they have not started the treatment, so I asked them, why are you not starting the treatment, they said to me that now surgeon is not available, he is coming & stuck in traffic, really yaar without surgeon they admitted the patient in critical condition only for the money, shame on this hospital staff........😞😞 They started the treatment after one and a half hour, Yaar doesn't matter the people live for this hospital staffs & doctors also, really hospital doctors & staff nature is not good because money is more important than people's lives for them.......😞😡 Please don't visit this hospital🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
0/5 star Faced really bad behaviour of one staff named: Neelam, she is one of the sister in maternity ward. When asked to help how to feed a new born( 1 day old kid), she came and started slapping the baby. 5-6 slaps on 1 day old baby's face, this was really frustrating and sad. Most of the time she didn't covered her faced with mask neither bothered to knock on the door.
Hospital eastablished for making money only... They just highly focused on how they can take money from people's pocket. Don't go their for delivery as they do only CS (operations delivery) for money.
My daughter was admitted here in picu . All facility was good.food was good.doctors are very cooperative and other staffs are also very polite in nature. Thank you.
One of the best hospital in Uttam Nagar , Good hospitality , Dr explained everything clearly and politely. Nursing staff was gd. Food is satisfactory. Thank you everyone.
