Muskaan Hospital & Maternity centre

I just visited the hospital for my neice and the doctor was ruthless, stupid and I'm highly doubtful was even a doctor. he said I cant come in the emergency and see your reports so keep them aside, I left my sleep for you people. He also said I cant do anything if you wanna leave just leave I don't give a damn about the child not only that the fee of the doctor was 1000/- paid on reception first and was non refundable even if doctor said I won't do anything if you want me to see the reports. Moreover at the end of the conversation he asked us what should I do now.. thats the stupidest thing a medical professional can ask from patient. The story doesn't end here, It gets worst. He asked for the reports of CT scan of patient while in the discharge summary of patient the DTPA scan was clearly mentioned to have taken by patient and he said this is not the report I'm asking about.If you are planning to visit this hospital just find touryour heading for disappointment.

Wonderful experience I had here! The facilities are well-equipped, and the personnel is friendly. However, the wait time could be reduced. I still give it a strong five stars, though.

Best Hospital I recently got discharged from hospital all hospital staff was good especially Dr.Randhir Singh he was a very experienced doctor.

Dr. Mano ma'am and Dr. Randhir Sir are great than genius. They give more than sufficient treatment to the patients. Explain the things very clearly ... sometimes as a teacher. They don't just give medicine but understanding about the disease, causes and how one can prevent these illness. Nice Feedback always. Fee charges are normal.

At Muskaan Hospital, the billing procedure was quick and easy. The entire discharge process was stress-free and seamless because I didn't have to wait for very long.

very bad hospital. and staff also very bad.only apna bill banate rahenge bas or jab bacha jada critical ho jaega to mana kar denge take over karne se.

I strongly advise against going to this doctor. The timing printed on the paper is 9:30 a.m., but my doctor arrives at 11 a.m. The staff is really bad. They don't know how to manage or talk properly. They speak arrogantly and lack politeness.
