Very satisfied with the services at Adarsh Hospital. The waiting time was minimal, the consultation was detailed, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
We visited Adarsh Hospital, Rohini (Deep Vihar) for our 19-month-old daughter’s vaccination, and the experience was very disappointing. The doctor did not give any time to calm or comfort the child and gave the injection in a rushed manner. My baby was crying and screaming. For small children, vaccination should always be done with love, care, and patience so that they feel safe. Another serious concern was the way the staff handled the procedure. A female nurse forcefully held my daughter’s legs, while a male compounder tightly held her hands, and the doctor injected both her thighs. This was very stressful for the child and uncomfortable for us as parents. In today’s environment, it does not feel safe or appropriate to allow third persons to hold the child. Parents themselves should be allowed to hold their own baby during vaccination. Handled in this way, it can create long-lasting fear in the child’s mind about injections. Overall, the experience was not at all satisfactory.,🙁

This hospital is the best in north west Delhi for pediatric and gyaenacologyst. Recommend every one those who want best treatment for their family and childrens. Also the staff are very supportive, well knowledged and well mannered..
