We hosted two wedding events on 21st and 22nd November at Ocean Pearl Gardenia, along with a staycation, and the overall experience was excellent. The arrangements were seamless and well-managed. Mr. Sanjay, the manager, was absolutely outstanding—extremely cooperative, professional, and always available. The hospitality of the entire staff was top-notch, making all our guests feel comfortable and well cared for. The food deserves a special mention—it was truly amazing in taste, presentation, and quality. Many of our guests personally appreciated the food, which became one of the highlights of the event. For the décor, Mr. Ajay Rungta Ji did a phenomenal job. Although we initially had some differences, he delivered much more than what was agreed upon. The décor was elegant, beautifully executed, and exceeded our expectations. The entire event flowed perfectly, and we received tremendous praise from our guests for the décor, stay, hospitality, and especially the food quality. Overall, it was a memorable and perfectly executed wedding experience. We highly recommend Ocean Pearl Gardenia and their team for anyone planning a wedding or special event. We recently had a wedding in this hotel, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle it. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and flawless and a huge part of that credit goes to the event planner (Ms. Muskan) and the décor manager (Ms. Monika) along with their teams. From the smallest details to the big moments, everything felt smooth, elegant, and perfectly timed. The management was excellent, and the décor was stunning thoughtful, aesthetic, and exactly the vibe and above expectations. Every corner looked picture-perfect. The food was so delicious that each guest was praising it. Since, we booked this place for wedding, the concerned persons, were constantly in touch with us and took the responsibility of wedding on their shoulders. A big shoutout to the entire staff for their hard work, and a special appreciation for how calmly and confidently they handled all the last-minute chaos. Mixed Experience: Phenomenal Food and Service Staff, but Deeply Disappointing Decor Mismanagement & Room Maintenance We organized my daughter’s wedding celebrations here on May 13th–14th, 2026, While certain aspects were exemplary, major lapses in coordination and property maintenance caused immense, preventable stress. The Bad (Decor Team Mismanagement): The experience with the decor coordinator, was highly stressful and marked by a severe lack of professional accountability: Poor Communication: Repeatedly missed or postponed scheduled planning calls, showing zero flexibility for cross-time-zone coordination with the US-based bride and groom. Event Lapses: During the Sangeet, a couch was placed on stage against explicit instructions, then abruptly removed with no backup plan—forcing family members to manually move furniture themselves while the couple waited. For the Haldi, only one seating chowki was provided, leaving the groom standing for 15 minutes on a hot summer day until we offered to fetch one from the godown ourselves. Unauthorized Charges: We were explicitly billed for setups we formally declined, including an unapproved phoolon ki chaadar at the entrance and an unrequested dance floor. Zero On-Site Support: No decor representative was present during major events; we had to search blindly for the varmalas while the couple stood waiting on stage. Property Maintenance Issues: The AC units in multiple guest rooms emitted a foul, gas-like odor, and another guest’s AC failed entirely at night. In-room mini-fridges lacked compressors and did not cool items. Upon check-in, dustbins in rooms were already full, no bellboy was assigned to assist exhausted guests with luggage, and master key cards were not provided to activate room electricity. Wedding stage furniture inventory was poorly maintained; it took two hours of searching torn, low-tier pieces in a warehouse to find a usable couch, while premium options remained locked away. Conclusion: *For the premium price charged, the severe lack of coordination, unapproved setups, and dismissive attitude from decor management were deeply disappointing. We are currently awaiting a formal refund for the unauthorized decor billing. Future hosts, proceed with caution and tie up all loose ends in writing* Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

We hosted our family wedding reception here and had a wonderful experience. The décor was beautiful, and the poolside setting with the waterfall feature added a lovely charm to the evening. We booked this property for my brother’s event almost six months in advance. After taking the booking, they suddenly put the property under renovation and forced us to shift to their “sister property,” which turned out to be extremely disappointing. They overcharged us for every single thing — even basic items like chair covers, cocktail tables, and the sofa on the stage. The prices quoted for décor were almost double the market rate, yet the décor provided was nowhere close to what we were offered elsewhere for the same budget. It felt like we were paying premium prices for substandard quality. The venue itself was in poor condition — carpets were burnt and worn out, and the overall maintenance was far below expectations. To top it off, we were charged ₹6,500 for a room that was absolutely not worth the price. Even basic utilities didn’t work properly — the plugs weren’t functional, and when I tried using my hair dryer in the washroom, the power couldn’t even handle that. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this property for any event, especially if you’re expecting basic professionalism, transparency, and value for money. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
