We hosted a wedding there and it was a great experience. The staff was very quick with services and all our needs. The food was very well prepared, wide variety, chef was very understanding of our special needs. Some room’s AC had issues but were looking into quickly. Overall a great experience. We had a great experience in Ocean Pearl Gardenia. We organized a 4 day event which was successfully executed by this team. The team did a fantastic job right from the service, organization, decor and above all fantastic Kashmiri food. Kudos to the team especially Sanjay, Govind and Sodhi chef, Bikram, Mahendra, Mahipal, Priyanshi and all the team members who made this possible. This is definitely recommended for a great experience. Well done everyone! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We hosted our Haldi ceremony at Ocean Pearl Gardenia, Chhatarpur, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the decor to the food, everything reflected sheer excellence. The quality, presentation, and taste of the food were truly exceptional and loved by every guest. However, what made this experience unforgettable was Mr. Sanjay Singh Rawat. He wasn’t just coordinating the event, he was standing with us like a family member. From the smallest queries to last-minute concerns, he was always present, calm, reassuring, and incredibly supportive. He stayed with us through the entire function, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly and that we felt relaxed and taken care of. A big thank you to Mr. Sanjay Singh Rawat and the entire Gardenia team for their dedication, warmth, and professionalism. They didn’t just host an event they created beautiful memories for us.

Good location and ambience. Rooms aren't new, but very functional. The tea set was clean to make our own tea. They were prompt when requested for press (iron), extra hangers etc. The staff was friendly. And the Coral restaurant was very good Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great value
