The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

We had the pleasure of hosting our family and friends at Ocean Pearl Gardenia for two days on the occasion of the marriage of our son in December 2024. The rooms were very comfortable and our guests were happy with the facilities. A ramp for wheelchair access was useful for our wheelchair bound guests. A definite plus point for this hotel. A thumbs for the food! The chef took good care of our requirements and every meal was tasty and very much appreciated by our guests. Food was also packed for takeaway for some elderly guests who had to leave early. We heard very positive feedback from our guests. The ambience in the hotel was very pleasant and peaceful. Sanjay Rawat was extremely helpful and took care of our requirements very willingly. Vishal Kushwaha and the entire staff were also cooperative. We had the mehndi and pre wedding event at a hall in this hotel which went very smoothly. Over all, it was a very good experience. Hosted my wedding here and the experience was exceptional. The plus point is that the staff is very accommodating, warm and very passionate about the work they do. The decor team is exceptional. Kind mentions for Ajay Rungta and his team for turning my wedding from a dream to reality. Sanjay, the coordinating manager for my wedding was one of the most accommodating people I’ve come across. So glad to have chosen ocean pearl gardenia for creating memories of a lifetime. I cannot recommend the place enough for any kind of events. Great service and very friendly staff

My brother's wedding at Ocean Pearl Gardenia was supposed to be a beautiful and memorable occasion, but thanks to the shockingly poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff, it turned into an absolute nightmare. If you are considering booking this venue for your special event, I strongly urge you to think twice! From the very beginning, their staff, especially Sanjay Singh and Dinesh Bhat, displayed nothing but arrogance, rudeness and complete disregard for guests. While they were accommodating before the payment was made, everything changed the moment they received the full amount. Suddenly, their attitude became dismissive, unhelpful and outright disrespectful. The rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff were beyond anything we could have imagined. They were insulting, aggressive and completely uncooperative with our guests. The sales team that was so eager to finalize the deal vanished when it was time to deliver even the most basic services. Rooms & Facilities – Absolutely Unacceptable Shabby and poorly maintained rooms – far from what was promised. Leaking air-conditioners – making the rooms damp and uncomfortable. Broken switches and fittings – a clear sign of negligence. No assistance during checkout – despite repeated requests, no staff was available to help guests with luggage or ensure a smooth exit. Service – A Complete Disaster The service was shockingly below par, with staff behaving as if they were doing us a favor. Even basic requests were ignored and there was zero accountability from the management. After receiving full payment, the staff stopped responding to calls and showed no concern for guest comfort. We had high expectations when we booked this venue, but the experience left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. Instead of celebrating, we spent our time dealing with incompetence, rude staff and poor management. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience ever! We will never book this place again and strongly advise others to stay away if they value their peace of mind. Final Verdict: DO NOT BOOK! If you want your special occasion to be ruined by terrible service, Ocean Pearl Gardenia is the place for you. If not, save yourself the stress and choose a venue that actually respects its guests. Very good place for making marriage receptions, meetings and parties. Nice arrangements for garden sitting and halls. Bathroom needs to be maintained well considering many guests during parties. Otherwise well maintained and free space for gathering around. Can accommodate more than 500 people at a time. I recently hosted my wedding at the Ocean Pearl Retreat and the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The food exceeded all expectations — both in variety and taste. Every dish was a delight, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. What truly made the event unforgettable was the incredible support from the all the department and staff members. The décor was absolutely perfect, and the event was executed with such professionalism and composure that we were able to enjoy every moment stress-free. A special thank you to Mr. Ajay Rungta from the decor team — his creativity and attention to detail brought our vision to life beautifully. Another big thank you to Muskan from the sales team — she was incredibly supportive and made the planning process seamless. Also, a big shoutout to Rohit and Nikhil from the photography and event team. They captured every beautiful moment and helped ensure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. I been with my family for dinner at The Ocean Peral Gardenia. We all had a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, attentive staff, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening. The Bhatti Chicken and Mutton Rogan Josh is a must try. Highly recommended.
