The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

This Venue was of my daughter’s marriage on 5th & 6th March,’25.The arrangements, decor and food quality, all were excellent and in some cases better than promised. My particular appreciation for the polite & professional approach of Mr Sanjay Singh Rawat, our Sales/relationship manager. Also, noticeable and appreciable job was done by Mr Ajay Roongta and his team for the Decor done for event on both days. I strongly recommend the Venue for any event for one to get a worthwhile dral. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Small dirty rooms. The cleaning is bad and the furniture is not in good condition. The air-con never worked at night, and the temperature in the room was way too hot. MOST of the staff speak English so be careful becsuse there are big chances that they will misunderstand you. Bad breakfast: very very poor! Restaurant is a big problem because the waiters don't speak a word of English. They serve you dishes you have never ordered. Bad manners, they never apologise for a bad service. The only good thing about this hotel is the WIFi connection and one of the receptionist (Sorry, I don't remember his name). You're better off skipping this hotel! We booked two functions at Ocean Pearl Gardenia, and it was a truly wonderful experience! Mr. Sanjay from the sales team was incredibly supportive, assisting us with every detail to make sure everything went smoothly. Mr. Ajay Runjta from the decoration team fulfilled every commitment, and the decor was exactly as promised—everything was up to the mark and beautifully done. The food quality was fantastic, and our guests really enjoyed it. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would highly recommend Ocean Pearl Gardenia for any event! It’s a nice farmhouse with a great property with 3 different banquets and capabilities to manage and handle events individually at all 3 at the same time . The food and service was impeccable and staff was genuinely nice unlike a few places where you have to keep asking for help. We were part of a celebrity event and was invited as guests . Overall a nice place Service: 4 Location: 3
