The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

Just happens to meet Mr Sanjay Rawat Manager looking after venue bookings etc, for checking out the wedding venue for my Daughter. It was a pleasant surprise the courtesy and efficiency showered by Mr Sanjay helping us to select the menu, rooms and other minute details related to my Wedding venue query plus with a most reasonable price quotation. I must admire his dedication honesty and professionalism which are the plus point for any Hospitality industry. Though we are in the final stage of venue hunt, I sincerely wish Mr Sanjay Rawat all the best for his bright future. I've attended a few weddings here. The property is spacious. They have party halls as well as lawn to host weddings / receptions etc. The food is average. No wow factor but didn't find anything to complain about either. Overall an ok place.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my marriage functions at the Ocean Pearl Gardenia Resort, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The resort's impeccable service and meticulous organization made our celebrations truly unforgettable. From the moment we started planning to the execution of each event on 20, 21, and 22 January, the staff at Ocean Pearl Gardenia demonstrated professionalism and dedication. The exceptional services provided, especially by Mr. Sanjay, deserve special mention. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly contributed significantly to the success of our functions. The food at the resort was nothing short of excellent, with a variety that pleased every palate. The culinary team's expertise showcased in every dish, making our dining experience a highlight of the celebrations. The overall service, from accommodation to event coordination, was top-notch. The resort staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests felt comfortable and every aspect of the functions was executed flawlessly. I highly recommend Ocean Pearl Gardenia Resort for anyone looking to host a memorable event. Their excellent service, delicious food, and the dedication of individuals like Mr. Sanjay make it a venue worth considering for any special occasion. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

It was high level meet with top govt. Drug Officers including deputy drug controller Sh. kr chawla ji.It was supposed to be organised in very prestigious and precise manner with no faults. A very thanks to Dinesh Bhatt( operational manager) and Sunil dedha ji for helping us to successfully conduct this mega event. Even some last minute adjustment were filled amicably. Beautiful ambience, helping staff and lovely taste of food. Trip type Business Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value

The staff were polite and attentive. However the room was stained, dirty. Tv did not work. The balcony was not cleaned in months. WC water tank was leaking and bathroom shower drains were blocked. I could go on forever. It is a good value for money but a little more attention to basic hygiene can go a long way.

Great food, great and very supportive staff, open space. I was with my family organising a wedding, the staff was very supportive in all our needs from breakfast to dinner. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Yoginder, the man was always available even at late hours to help us. Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Great venue for a residential wedding. We had a small two day marriage event here in Feb 24. Fantastic service and amazing food. Mr Sanjay Singh Rawat, the manager is a thorough professional and understands customer requirements. We were made to feel so comfortable and every need was taken care of. Chef Govind created menus which were unbelievable and our guests loved each meal. The event team headed by Mr Rungta is creative and goes out of its way to create the magic. Nobody in the property ever said no. The rooms need to be upgraded and that is something that the owners need to spend money on very fast.
