I held my son’s Cocktail & Marriage functions here recently & the experience was just amazingly wonderful. The food was sumptuous lavish & service excellent. The staff is extremely cordial & helpful. I had also booked rooms for my outstation guests inclusive ourselves & everything was just perfect. My special thanks go out to Rajiv Jee Senior Manager & Yogender Jee Manager for taking care of our hospitality stay & food & for decor Pooja you are truly excellent inclusive your team member Saurav. A special thanks to Malhotra Jee the GM … I know the roles of the back bone … My best wishes to the entire team of Jairam … Thank you 🎊💐

The resort is nice.Was here for 2 days. Food is awesome. Snacks were also very good. The difficulty I faced were.. lift was not working. Room did not have any information card on intercom numbers. The Tata Sky was not working. Menu for room.service was also not provided. Bed was found dirty when I entered the room. Had to get it changed. We had 20 rooms booked. A few rooms did not have intercom. This has to be looked by the management. Giving 4 stars for excellent food, snacks and service.

Run of the mill place; nothing special. Regular multi banquet location. The motivation levels and attitude of the staff leave much to be desired for. Food was pedestrian at best. For the price charged, the consumer deserves a warmer smile. Travel group Friends

Golden Tulip Chattarpur Missing Hospitality & Basic Etiquette Before I start writing my last experience with Golden Tulip (Chattarpur) brand of LOUVRE Hotels Group, let me share that I am a regular at GT’s not only in India but in their abroad branches and had enjoy my stay. However with great disappointment I have to share what has happened when I visited them on 23rd dec 2017 with my office team. The front desk guy named – Amit was everything but welcoming. He was not only careless but rude to an extent that didn’t let the female colleagues sit while we were doing the check in formalities. He behaved in a manner which is not expected to come from a literate person let alone from someone from hospitality industry. From the time we checked in it was the moment of truth for us. He was talking to us like he is doing a favor on us by providing us rooms. Initially we booked 3 rooms for 6 people. We had two guests visiting us (not staying, visiting ) who weren’t allowed to enter so we ended up booking another room. As that wasn’t enough security was sent to our rooms twice to do a headcount which was offending considering it was a Christmas party. . I am deeply saddened by the way we were treated as the whole party mood was ruin the time we entered GT. The way we were treated was not expected from an employee of GT. I sincerely hope my review reach out to right people who should do something about this before it hurts Golden Tulip/ LOUVRE Hotels Group reputation more than it already has!

A class hotel or especially a marriage banquet located in Chattarpur area. It has grand space and atleast 3 functions at a time can be managed easily. Offers wallet parking services. Open party area on the side of swimming pool is awesome. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Service is good.

One of the worst properties I have ever been to. The staff is rude they don't give you the work you ask for. Cooperation level zero.I did my sister's wedding and they gave a pathetic service in terms of both decoration and food. food was not served in time and the food was cold as well. Also the decoration part is the worst they have got the worst decorator in the whole of Chattarpur they ask you for good amount of money and in return you get nothing . I did pay an ample amount to them but in return they gave me some old pathetic looking decoration. Don't visit this property for any family function.They charge a lot and don't give the results.
