The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

Good infrastructure..... but service is poor .... Food Quality poor .... no taste at all... Toilet not in proper Ratio.... no child friendly urinal in the washroom ..... the soap dispenser is only on one side ..... do they expect everyone to wash without soap.... sad to c that just a nice property without focus on service....

just returned home from a free holiday nice and clean with good food, friendly staff with a fab animation tram!! one that stood out for me and all the family was bills always had smile on his face and never failed to entertain and Can't wait to return to see them all again .

Nice venue. Poor customer service. Paying 4000 rupees for just a bed. You must pay for wifi. And extended television time. Great wait staff though. They made it work 2 instead of 1 stars.

We had a residential wedding on 25 December. We had a terrible experience with Prakash CEO and Chef Govind. It appears Prakash is not from the hospitality industry. He knows nothing and allows Govind to speak. Govind is a salesman and not a chef. He doesn’t allow people to speak, he would go on like a record. If he puts half of his sales energy into managing food there would not have been goof ups in the menu served. They know nothing about customer service, customer orientation, customer communication. Ajay Malhotra ex-GM was a gem of a person. After him Ocean Pearl is not a place to be in. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3

Everything was great! Thanks to Muskan for always being available! I would definitely recommend this place for mid size party gatherings Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4

What else you require from a Garden where you are visiting for a marriage function or something like that. Ocean Pearl Gardenia is one of the best gardens across NCR. World class amenities. Pool site. Amazing view. Best in class Rooms. Over 1000 car parking, that too safe. Valet parking. And most important, This place is surrounded with so many big and large trees, so it will keep you away from Pollution.
