Very nice hotel, depending of what part of Delhi you want to visit, por Eixample, Is too far way from the airport, hence is not a good choice for travellers making flight connections
Well how do I start? The first room was full of black mold and had no heat. The second room we got was the same story. Then they tried to tell us we were lying about these issues. Very poor customer service. We have been arguing with the staff for hours to try and get a working room. Save your money and go to Fab hotels.
It's fine.. But some bad odour comes from room even after they used room freshener also and mosquitoes problem is there in room. Food is fine but not excellent enough
Attended one function in Garden. Area is quite big with ample space for parking and food arrangement for big gathering. Food service vendor management was very poor and pathetic.
Very bad staff of general manager Miss behave with guests And talk rudely
Pathetic stale food served. Was there to attend a marriage ceremony for three days and the food and service went from bad to worse. Guests complained of diarrhoea. Service: 1 Location: 3
