The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

The staff was not professional at all, they at first denied all that was asked for, had to argue with them to get things done, reluctant even when asked for water bottles, tried to make extra money while checking out.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms, the food was great. The swimming pool was an icing on the cake. A marvelous experience.

It's good place for social and family gathering. Nice and spacious rooms as well. 50 mins drive from airport.

Rooms was good with the poor hygiene and tv ,ac are not working .You do not have facility of food in this hotel.Noone bothered to listen complained. Travel group Solo Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3

I came for a business trip and the room service here was just awesome. Highly recommend. Receptionist Ajay was helpful. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Worst service and the quality of hotel. Hotel management forces guest to give 5 star rating, and they even snatch guest's phone in order to give themselves five star rating

The food was good, and so was the staff. The maintenance and the ambience of the banquet was fine. Overall the place was good.

It's a remote place where there is not much hustle bustle of city life. The property is fantastic food is good and service staff is very polite and helping.

Worst place. Poor service The worst experience was with the decorator, mr anoop who is very money minded and doesn’t pay heat your requirement for the event. Trip type Business Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Good place. Incorrect marking of their entry location in maps. Parks are not huge but covered areas can have huge gatherings
