Kundra Travels

I booked a 12-seater Force Urbania from Kundra Travels for my family’s 12-day Char Dham Yatra for ₹1,32,000. At the time of booking, we were promised a fully air-conditioned vehicle. Later, I discovered that Kundra Travels did not provide its own vehicle but arranged one through a third party. The driver, Karan Maggo, made our journey extremely stressful. He was rude, uncooperative, and often refused reasonable requests. Despite paying for an AC vehicle, he frequently kept the AC switched off, making the journey uncomfortable. He repeatedly insisted on stopping only at hotels and restaurants of his choice, where it appeared he received commission, instead of allowing us to choose our own stops. He also discouraged us from visiting certain places and tried to control the itinerary. A Char Dham Yatra is a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual journey for many families. Unfortunately, because of the driver’s behavior and the lack of support from Kundra Travels, our experience was disappointing. I recommend that anyone booking through this company first verify whether they actually own the vehicle being offered, insist on written confirmation of all promises, and clarify driver expectations before making payment. This review reflects my personal experience.

Had a great experience with Kundra Travel. The cab was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the driver was polite, punctual, and professional. The service was smooth and hassle-free throughout the journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable cab service. 👍 …

**Excellent Transportation Service – Highly Recommended!** We hired a 50 seater bus and a 7-seater car for three days for our visit to Radha Soami Satsang Ghar, Chhattarpur, and our overall experience was excellent. We took this service from this vendor since very long time. The service was highly professional, reliable, and well-coordinated. Both vehicles were well-maintained, and the drivers were polite, cooperative, and professional throughout the journey. The transportation arrangements were smooth, comfortable, and well-managed, which made our entire trip convenient and hassle-free. We truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction, timely service, and professional approach. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable transportation for group travel, religious visits, or family outings. **Thank you for your excellent service. Looking forward to booking with you again!** Hanisha Rajpal
