Excellent service providers. Too good service
Good service. Hired a bus 56 seater for rishikesh, Haridwar programmme. Provided a new bus with good knowledgeable driver.
Our family’s Char Dham Yatra should have been one of our happiest memories, but unfortunately it became stressful because of the travel arrangements. We booked a 12-seater AC Urbania through Kundra Travels for ₹1,32,000. Later we learned the vehicle was arranged through a third party. The driver, Karan Maggo, was discourteous throughout the journey, often refused reasonable requests, rarely switched on the AC, and repeatedly took us only to places where he appeared to have commission. Instead of focusing on our pilgrimage, we spent much of the trip dealing with unnecessary arguments and inconvenience. I hope the company improves its service, but based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend them.
