The services provided by Kaya is outstanding .Their utmost priority has always been taking care of the skin of their customer .A much thanks to Dr Akriti , Radhika, Madhu ,Usha , Lily they were very polite with me throughout my service .They made me comfortable .I would totally recommend for kaya service .

I got my laser done from Nisha and to my surprise it was amazing. She’s too sweet and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend it.

A team looking for win-win solution in case of irate customers ... I took a botox service on nov 21, 2021. I had ~32 ml left in the vial which should be used in 30 days as the product expires! The Dr who did this treatment left Kaya. I visited Kaya thrice after that but no one reminded or educated me on this. I raised this concern about 6 weeks ago with one of the Kaya associates at Gk2 branch. And i am very happy to share that the whole team made a conscious effort to mitigate and satisfy my issues! I will especially call out Radhika's name here who worked towards ensuring minimising customer complaints and frustration and find a win win solution. I am updating my comments as per my experience today, on May 06, 2022, and i have definitely come back after visiting kaya much happier!

I am regularly visiting Kaya GK. Service is excellant,ambiance is very soothing Therapist are well trained. Products used are very effective. Ms Radhika Malvika gave me the signature facial and her knowledge and service is amezing. I wish her a good luck in het professional life. O P Ahuja

Yogita is very dedicated and the girl seems to never get tired.I was assured to see the safety and sanitary protocol at the GK2 branch, during Covid times.
