Stay away from them. Worst internet service you can imagine. Daily interruptions are common. Their customer service is non-existent. Once you ask them to disconnect, they will just pocket your modem/security money as if it belongs to them! FRAUDS!!

seriously dont buy internet from them worst service i have to wait 1 month to fix problem and if u call them they don't pick up and there is a guy if u calll them after 6 pm he is drunk all the time i am just frustrated and the owner doesn't know how to fix things so if they cant fix your problem they will stop picking up your call beware PLEASE DON'T BUY INTERNET FROM THEM

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Getting an IPnet fibre connection was an extremely poor decision on my part. Been using it for almost 2 years now in AIIMS Delhi. The speed is definitely not what is promised, streaming on a single device is often not possible with my 100 MBPS plan. The customer service is horrible. A single number and a single person to receive calls. I don't have connectivity since past 18 hours and more than 40 calls made to the customer care number, of which it was picked 2-3 times. False assurances made and then smartly the number was switched off by yesterday night. To make matters worse, I paid for a 10+2 month plan (of which less than 3 months availed), and I will probably lose all the money. Bottomline is that no one in their right mind should attempt to take an IPnet connection. Period.

We have very limited option in INA else would have shifted to another ISP long back. Frustrated with frequent disconnection, fiber cut issues (3rd instance in last 2 weeks of May'24). Customer care number is deliberately switched off and no one is reachable. Executive wants us to rate on Google, for this kind of service!!! Posting this from mobile n/w coz their internet is still down

Very bad service. Mostly the Network is down, some time maintenance and mostly infra issue. Fibre cut is very common and they take almost half of the day to repair it. Its is weekly affair and rarely any week goes without interruption in Internet. If you have choice of some bigger Player i.e airtel/jio then better to choose them over IPNET. The cost will be on higher side but atleast you would better service and Internet uptime.

The worst net ever. Since there is no other choice in ina they think that customer has no choice and they treat them badly. Firstly executive are rude. Secondly there is no one to solve your problem. Net troubles almost everyday an there is no one to resolve the problem. I had complaint to them weeks ago but nothing is done till now. They don't even come and resolve. The owner the executive all are very bad. Please be careful while you take this net. They will give the worst customer experience to you. My net is still not working and they gave no solution and have not even visited. The owners and executives are very very bad. They have troubled me and they have ill treated me and my parents.They say that connection hata lo and this is their customer service please think twice when you take their service.

The owner is so irresponsible and not ready to even attend customers he is just interested to make money and not attend customers. Customer service very bad and no one is attending my problem. it has been more than two days my net is not working and the owner of the company is not taking any responsibility and providing no solution. Pathetic net think twice before putting this net because there customer after service is pathetic. Only one poor guy is there to help but he cannot so anything as he has no support from the people at higher positions. They even have such pathetic call centre people who had behaved so rudely with me saying be pateint and it has been two days and god knows how many days more that I have to be patient. Pathetic,rude ,arrogant and misbehaved customer care staff. They don't pick calls at first and if they do they treat you very badly. From respected owner shukla sir to other staff very pathetic service and arrogant and rude attitude.
