Worst internet service , highly unprofessional. The internet issue occurs daily. Don't even bother to attend calls and rectify the issue.
You will have to suffer for internet service 3-4 days and they couldn't fix it. Rubbish service 0.5/5 rating
This Company internet service is amazing. There internet speed is very good. If there is a problem there executives fix it quickly.
I would suggest anyone who is residing in the areas where they provide services to opt for it. One of the best internet provider near INA. Very stable internet connectivity along with a very responsive customer care. Sometimes there are speed drops though which they are catering to gradually. Internet goes off on daily bases & when you try to connect them the will never pick-up the phone after trying 3-4 time they will answer the phone and come up with server issue. It is ridiculous behaviour or you can say they really don't care about there customer opinion. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Kindly send your representative over interested in a fiber optic connection, we are at least 6 people looking for a connection.would like to have a look at the optical network terminal(ONT) along with the router to be used suggested. Kindly bring the 2 devices along, also need to discuss the place of entry of optic cable to the house. This connection is for the laxmibai nagar area. Tried calling but the phone is engaged or don't call back.
Poor service, ignores every single call. Had to raise a complaint everyday regarding slow speed and connectivity issues almost every day. Must say, worst internet service provider to ever cross my way. Won't recommend to a single person out there
After reading positive comment i got connection. It worked well for couple of month but after that I had bad experience. Every Week i am getting connection issue. Might be issue in my area only but i ipnet may have very good connection but for me it is worst
