One of the most beautiful experiences of my life Tarun and his family did a geat job!!! They showed me exactly what I asked: Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi. Everything was perfect, in time and safe. Special thanks also to my driver Bupedhra, very professional and really funny, but also to my guide in Jaipur (Jay) he explained the rajasthan pearls to me, also in Varanasi I I met two wonderful people: Prakash and Ganesh, they showed me their city....amazing the tour on the boat on the banks of the Ganges river during sunrise. All of them were more than drivers or guides, they are my friends I m still in contact with them.

Tarun is very responsive in emails and very accommodating. The price he quoted was reasonable too. We had a very good experience in India with our drivers, Deepak and Gian. Both of them are always punctual and take care of our requests. Deepak is very familiar with the roads. He would know the hotel as soon as we told him the name and the street. They also bring us to good restaurants. The shopping places they bring us to are not so good and are expensive though. The only complaint I have is that deposit payments made via Paypal would charge a rather high conversion rate. Overall I would recommend this travel company as they seem to be honest and sincere.

We had the pleasure of Tarun's company from Adventure Holiday Tours for our tour in India a few months ago. Tarun did a great job in managing a large and diverse group which can't have been easy for him. As well as competently managing the group as a whole when required, he was able to meet particular expectations and assist smaller numbers within the group make the most of their individual experiences. Tarun has an intimate knowledge of his country and takes pleasure in sharing that with travellers. He acknowledges emails very quickly and is very willing to assist in planning your trip and making useful suggestions in improving it. I would certainly recommend Tarun and Adventure Holiday Tours for your trip to magnificent India. Can't wait to return!!

Effortless and Memorable Trip! Tarun and his team from Adventure Holiday Tours helped make our holiday in India a smooth and unforgettable journey! With short notice, three of our family decided to go on a 2 week trip to India in January. We heard that fog at this time of year can cause delays with the trains and planes, so we decided to travel with a car and driver. This was the best decision ever – we heard that fog had delayed some train journeys for hours and in one case 21 hours. We caught one domestic flight which was also delayed. Having a car and driver made our trip effortless. We got in touch with Tarun via their website. Tarun was our main contact when planning the route for our 15 day tour of the Golden Triangle and Rajasthan. Correspondence was via email, and Tarun was responsive, and really helpful without any hard sell. Our deciding factors in choosing Adventure Holiday Tours were: 1) we were able to pay our deposit through PayPal via a link rather than a bank transfer which some other tour operators required. 2) We were also able to book our own hotels and simply pay for a car, driver, and associated driving costs 3) Because we are a tall family, we also requested a Toyota Innova which was just the right size for us and our luggage. Annu Kapoor was our driver and he was absolutely wonderful. We usually travel independently, and like to mix up tourist sites with getting amidst the local colour and life. There is always that small, niggling worry when travelling with someone you don’t know about how you are going to get along. As it turned out we couldn’t have wished for a better person to be our driver. Annu is a very calm, patient and genuine person, but has sparks of humour. He used his own Toyota Innova which was in great condition and which he kept sparkling clean. Annu was chatty when we wanted to chat but also when we were silent we were all comfortable in our quietness. Annu spoke English well. He told us a lot about his family and village life. We travelled quite flexibly - some days we let Annu decide what we were going to do and the route and other days we decided randomly what we wanted to do. Both options were handled with the same ease. Annu was always waiting not far away, with the car to get us to the next destination. We never had to worry about him not being there as he was so reliable. We communicated with Annu using WhatsApp when we needed to. The roads in India are pretty hairy and chaotic. I still can’t get used to the idea of the cows and dogs hanging out on the roads and freeways. But Annu was an expert driver and we always felt safe. One particular day I said to Annu “Thank you for being such a safe driver” and he replied with surprise “But that is my responsibility” –which pretty much sums Annu up. Annu definitely contributed to making our holiday memorable. I would recommend Adventure Holidays and Annu to anyone considering sightseeing in India. All three of us were sad to say goodbye and we knew we were going to miss Annu. We are planning our next trip to India and will definitely be asking for Annu to drive us again. With our trip: As Golden Triangle and Rajasthan is a route well-travelled, we didn’t change the usual itinerary very much. We added Pushkar to break up the long drive from Jaipur to Jodhpur and as it turned out this was one of our favourite places. Similarly we went to Ranakpur to see the Jain Temple and this was also one of our favourite temples.

I had a great experiencie with this family business agency and its driver and now friend, Buphi ;) during the week that lasted my trip, from Hew Delhi to Agra, Jaipur and Pushkar. I can't not thank enough Tarun and his lovely family, Anita included, their hospitality and kindness to host me in their own home for two nights. From the very first time, I felt that even though it's a family business, they are very professional and very quick in getting back to you with all the arrangements that you need. I also felt soooooo safe travelling on my own and I had so much fun with their amazing driver who was always trying to make my trip the most enjoyable possible. I would recommend them with no doubt, don't look further if you are travelling to India...great company at affordable prices and amazing people!!! Hopefully I will see them again at some point in the future, as I will get back to India for sure. Thaaaaanks to all of you guys!

“TIGERS, TEMPLES, TABLAS, AND TARUN: EXPLORING THE MAGIC OF NORTH INDIA" Tarun was our main contact when setting up our 15 day tour of the Golden Triangle and north India. His communication was responsive and enthusiastic. He showed integrity and if our plans needed changing he adjusted services and pricing accordingly. For the first half of our trip we traveled with our driver, Prem, around the Golden Triangle starting in Delhi. Prem was a real pro, who knew how to masterfully navigate the nightmarish city traffic. We visited a delightful temple with him and he gently taught us about many of the various gods in the Hindu religion. He also was great teaching us about the various cultural aspects which make India unique and magical. Prem watched out for us as we entered very busy markets and temple sites. His choice of restaurants for us to go to were always reasonably priced and clean. The food we had was fantastic, and a couple of times Prem paired eating with traditional Indian music and tabla drumming which we thoroughly enjoyed.! Prem also arranged for us to do a safari tour at Ranthambore National Park. We had fun riding in the open canter bus spotting various types of animals in a gorgeous setting. After touring Agra and Jaipur we headed back to Dehli where Prem was going to a family wedding and we would begin our journey north. Ramesh would be our driver for this half our trip. He was younger, very ready to please, and like Prem, excited to share cultural things with us. Our first stop with Ramesh was the holy town of Haridwar and an evening Aarti on the Ganges. This was amazing, and it was the impetus for us to bathe in the Gamges as well. Ramesh was good about opening our tastebuds to real Indian foods, often recommending local and very cheap dining experiences. He would also stop along the side of the road to buy us fire baked sweet potatoes, roasted corn, and fresh squeezed orange juice. From here we traveled to Rishikesh to visit the famed Beatle's Ashram which was well worth the visit despite its decrepit state. In Rishikesh we also coincidentally met Tarun with two other clients. They were going out to his family's village and he invited us to join them. When we got to the village we met his aunt and three cousins. The two boys in the family like cricket, so it wasn't long before we were engaged in batting practice in the courtyard of his family home. Tarun is a very friendly and gregarious young man who obviously loves sharing this home stay experience with people. Our meals in the village were simple, but delicious, and the quiet family feel was a nice respite from the hectic city life we had been experiencing. The next day Ramesh took us further north to Solan and Shimla in the foothills of the Himalayas. Such a beautiful country with friendly and generous people. It was a magical experience for us thanks to Adventure Holiday Tours.

Hi from Barcelona! We are 4 friends and we traveled to India last summer. We decided to hire a driver and we contacted Tarun throught email from Barcelona. He was really nice since the beginning!! He helped us a lot with the route. To be honest we trust him without knowing the company and we are happy to say that they were not a fraud. Unfortunately is still difficult to know who to trust in India. There on site, they were very resolutive as well and that was super helpful! When we arrived there our driver, Mintu was super nice. He is an experienced guy and helped us a lot. We felt save with him, and that was a relief! Jokes aside both were really kind. We enjoyed the thousands of kilometers around India with him because he knows perfectly the roads and towns and he also explains us lots of things about Indian people, customs, history etc!! We had a funny and a save road trip. We highly recommend "Adventure Holiday" they are definitely a trustful company!! Thanks to all of you guys! India could have been really different and tough without you! 😊👍🏼🚐🔝🇮🇳🗺

Tarun did organised a tailor made great tour for me as request with most of the stops in Rajasthan. I had a very good experience driver Bhupendra who took me to best non touristic places for great photography. I hope to do my next trip in Varanasi, without any hesitation with Tarun. Well recommended. Thank you, Chris

First off, I would like to say that I regret not meeting Tarun, the owner of Adventure India at the beginning of our trip. I would say that we would accomplished a lot more and contrary to popular belief we would have saved more money booking the whole itinerary with him. We stayed in Delhi for a total of 6 days, but only discovered Tarun through a rickshaw driver we randomly booked in the Spice Market on the last 3 days of our trip! Here are the things we got to do with Tarun, he fixed our day trip to visit the iconic spots and temples of Delhi via a private car and boy was that premium service. The driver had very good English skills and was a decent photographer I might add. I thought my experience with Adventure India ended there. The next day, he took us on a crazy motorbike ride through the busy streets of Delhi and straight to the (can you believe it or not) THE GANGES river! I mean I only saw those two words in History books when I was still studying and I couldn't believe actually seeing it with my own two eyes not to mention riding awesome authentic Indian motorcycles, Royal Enfield! There's a lot more to say about the experience with Tarun and Adventure India but the most important thing I would like to point out is that I didn't only gain an experience of a lifetime but I also gained a friend. I told him that money couldn't be enough to pay for the extra mile type services he provided us. So I told him that he could come visit me in my country and I would definitely take care of him here(even if I'm not a tour guide by profession) haha! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you book your tours with Adventure India because you will not get duped. You will be safe. And you will experience India like you have never imagined before. This guy is nuts, his imagination has no limits and he can put it on the table for you. Do yourselves a favor, BEFORE VISITING India, make sure you book everything with him starting from Airport transfers, tours, crazy experiences(if youre into that stuff) etc so that you can experience the best time of your life. Also, don't contain yourself to just Delhi, ask Tarun and he will tell you the more "non touristy" experience that can be had. All you have to do is ask. To all of you who will book with him, I envy you already. Enjoy yourselves! Please see a few of the pictures of our trip! Thank you very much Adventure Holiday!!!! Tarun, SALUTE

When there are so many travel agencies in India to choose from, the one you choose needs to be extremely good to get your repeat business. I have used Adventure Holiday Tours twice now and plan to use them a third time in the near future. I was wanting a company that was honest and reliable and flexible enough to give me something just a little different from what most offered. Right from the beginning Tarun was prompt and helpful with his responses, and was very willing to meet my request for something a little less touristy that the usual fare. Being a small family run business they had a personal interest in providing me with excellence in customer service, which was always offered with a smile and a 'can do' attitude. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in India with this company and couldn't fault them in any way. At all times my needs and enjoyment were paramount and I never had any doubts that I was in safe, honest and responsible hands. Tarun has a deep love for his country and was always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that I saw as much of it's diversity as possible. I suspect that the reason I keep wanting to return to India has a lot to do with the way I saw it... not just as another tourist on a standardized tour (although they will provide that if that is what you want).. but with a 'companion' whose enthusiasm and love for his country rubbed off on me. I can unreservedly recommend Adventure Holiday Tours.
