Shivansh Chandra my experience with Bharti Eye Hospital is a great one, for me to give it 5 stars, the amazing doctor i met there, Dr. Archana Mahajan. great experience, nice ambience, im talking about the time during 2015 till now. I was treated there with poor vision by Dr. Archana Mahajan. I remember Bharti Eye for 2 things 1st the doctors and the experience and 2nd the staff, staff here i find are decent, sometimes they tend to ignore i guess a basic brain fog but else its really nice. the treatment were good, hospitality also at par. sometimes a bit friendly banter I guess ive been going there for really long and they know me. Recent interactions of Mine was i had to get my specs made and the ben franklin guy in the hospital itself they know 1 thing sell expensive frames and give them the most costly/commission making items to consumers so they could benefit, they dont care for the patient but themselves. im saying this because i faced it. If you know this type of behavior and action is there being done then and there, specs lenses should be done right infront and with the consolation of the prescribed doctors the patient visited and further clarifications to be made with consolation from the doctor and best price to be offered. this is from a patient who had been visiting for more than 10 Years. My vision was clear immediately after the procedure, though it became blurry the next day—which I was told is normal. By the fourth day, after the temporary lens was removed, my vision improved significantly and continues to get better each day. I’m happy with the results and grateful for the care and professionalism throughout the process.
