Pawfect Pets- Pet Grooming Shop

A wonderful place to take your pet for grooming. The staff has good hands on handling pups with care. I visit the place every month. Would recommend everyone to visit this place as the team is very friendly and the prices is also very economical. Keep up the good work Pawfect Pets Team !

Been getting my golden retriever groomed here for over 3 years now. Staff is helpful & take care of the furballs. The owners are really kind too & give you the right suggestions if you are a new pet parent as well. This is the best place in the entire Niti Bagh market & affordable too.

The owner is a super irritating personality...we order dog treats from here regularly take some discounts as all shops give and then he delivers the treats but he needs the payment first even before delivery ...everytime he will keep calling you for payment first ...and then the last order that was delivered I read the bill amount as 710 instead of 730 andd for 20 rs he kept harassing and calling again and again and wen I told him to adjust in next bill he messages that aap pure paise nahi dete ... A person who is so crazy to get payment says paise nahi dete if I m not paying why shall u deliver ...he will keep calling for money even though the order is yet to be delivered and then he treats aa if the customer is a beggar and asking for obligation to him ...super bad experience no etiquette to talk ir deal with customer .......he never has complete stock also for different things u ask and he will trat you like we are some kinda road side people who doesn't know anything.......a super no to this shop very bad experience i think he needs money more than us so I'm case anyone wishes to donate something u all know where to go now !!!!!

Been a regular customer of pawfect since 5 years mainly because of the owner Devansh. He really respects his customers and is always there in case you need any suggestions regarding food/treats or anything.

Had a great experience at PAWFECTS….went there for my dog’s grooming session done by Mr. Rahul im very much happy with all the services …must visit this place at least once for your furry babies🌸 …

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with my dog’s bath appointment. When I made the booking, I specifically requested that Krishna handle the bathing, and I was assured that this would be the case. However, despite this promise and the confirmed booking, my dog was given to someone else for the bath. I chose your service because of the trust I have in Krishna’s care and handling, and it’s disheartening that this request was not honoured without prior notice or explanation. Minus rating for this cheating. Am thereby deleting their numbers from my contacts.

Really happy with the way rahul (groomer) handled and groomed my lab who is a bit aggressive but the groomer made him feel at ease. The haircut is also perfect. Mr Rahul Thank you 🤗 …

I’ve been shopping here for months and I’m always impressed. The variety of products is excellent, prices are fair, and the staff is so helpful. They even recommended the perfect shampoo for my dog’s sensitive skin. My pets are healthier and happier thanks to this shop!”

Very bad experience and they shaved all the hair of my cat. I told them to keep one layer above then normal. And they handled my cat so so so badly that i swear i will never take my cat back to these people. Even i am telling you to not go to any pet grooming clinic in that neeti bagh area. My cat is a ragdoll cat and they shaved the hair so much that only his skin is visible now.

Worst pet grooming experience ever. The staff handled my toy poodle very roughly and clearly have no grooming etiquette or professionalism. They completely ruined my dog’s hair. To make it worse, their AC wasn’t working while they were using a hot blow dryer on my dog. No concern for the pet’s comfort at all. Unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. Avoid this place if you care about your pet.
