Pawfect Pets- Pet Grooming Shop

I went there with my shihztu.. overall good but take care of few things. 1. Dont leave ur dog there for grooming. Be there with ur dog. 2. That guy was using almost boiled water for shower. My dog could have died. 3. There were couple of dogs without owner and they were mis handling them. 4. Service was fine. But for mishandling u cant blame the labour if u cant be there wirh ur dog.

My dog Bush (labrador) had an amazing time taking his bath at Pawfect. The staff is friendly, helpful and supportive. I'd say that Pawfect is Bush's one stop destination for his grooming, accessories and favourite treats!

Warning to All the pet lovers..Do not go to this place if you value your pet’s life. I reason I am so outraged is that Today April 4th 2019, their staff almost killed my pure bred Lhasa Apso had I not come on time to check on her. I find my precious dog laying lifeless on the table half shaven, blood coming out of her nipples. Apparently the staff had ran the razor on her nipples causing a deep cut. She was barely breathing. The staff was clueless and didn’t know what to do. I rushed my dog to the vet office few doors down. Once their my dog’s mouth starts to foam and we had to pump oxygen and run ivy on her. Come to find out it was due to suffocation. The idiot staff who was shaving her, had tied her mouth in such a way causing suffocation and shock at the same time. This is a complete negligence on their part and yet they refuse to accept their mistake on top of that the owner refused to compensate the vet’s bill. A strong advice to all pet owners stay away from shop #16 if you care about your pets life.

One of those pet grooming centers where they take proper care and give adequate attention to the pets. The staff is very helpful and caring. We have used their facilities over 2yrs now. And shall keep doing so.

Nice place for dog outfits, the outfits are at around 50% of prices quoted online. This place is beside Niti Bagh pet clinic so we get to see alot of awesome pets while visiting here. Other accessories and pet food are also available here. Overall a positive experience.

Excellent service !!...dedicated staff...I was really impressed by the way they groomed my 5 yr. Old female Persian baby who is not at all friendly with unknown ppl...but the boys were just too good in handling her... Will surely recommend to other 🐈 😺parents ..!! …

Recommended to one and all, for a 6/5 star experience, comfort and value for money. They perfectly listen to dogs and know what is needed when... dogs demands perfectly meets the supplies ( in abundance) ... good work guys. Keep it up.

Had a bad experience with them. To start with very m rude staff. Then they are not good at it. I sent my boy for grooming (shih tzu), they just gave him a very basic bath and that's it. Looks exactly the sameas he left after coming from grooming. Not cleaned properly, no untangling done. When I called them expressing my displeasure they are like "No one asked us for more ". At least have the decency to do a good job. No interest in serving customers, no enthusiasm for work, no pro activeness, just interested in passing time at the shop. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Had an amazing experience at Pawfect. The staff was really polite and supportive and i did not face any problems over there and i can bet even my jack(my pet) loved it. The grooming and the bath everything was just perfect. I would recommend everything to try it once atleast🤗

Fabulous job by the staff at Pawfwect Pets. Their grooming services are highly efficient and of high standards. Moreover, the dog products sold at their shop are of superior quality. Ever since I visited them for my dog's grooming, I have never been to any other pet shop. I would highly recommend this place for dog grooming services as well as for purchasing pups.
