Very good staff and very good shop

I had a very disappointing experience with this pet store. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the entire process frustrating. At the time of adoption, they made several promises that turned out to be false. Their services are average at best, but what really bothered me is that they constantly try to overcharge or add unnecessary fees. It feels like they are more interested in making a quick profit than providing good service or caring for the pets. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to adopt a pet.

I took my doll here for a bath. I took a package for her which included wash, conditioning, nail trimming and ear cleaning (costed us around 500-550). Which was done perfectly. Most of all, she hates bath but here she loved it all. She slept like a baby-cloud when we came back. We also got her green jacket. Which was wind proof and water-proof, it costed us around 900.

It’s been 12 years that I’m dealing with pet point they guys are really professional, pets & the hospitality are good here but lil update i want thr is rates but with that we will get reward points as well so that will redeem in future purchase so far so good thank you.

Our experience was too good in the store pet point also their drools gravey was too good.

Please take every single one of their one star reviews seriously. They see this nothing more than a business. Sell puppies that are ill, and can’t be bothered to even reply if you contact them for any concerns. We got a puppy from them and that poor child was struggling so much that she had to be put down within 3 weeks of being brought home. She had distemper, a virus that has an incubation period of around 2 weeks and started showing symptoms by week 1 of being with us. We were sent no receipt of the bill, no medical records, no parent history, and no breeding information after having asked for it multiple times and them claiming that it’ll be sent over online. When and if you can get a hold of the owner, Karan, and tell him that you’ve had to put your baby down because she was already sick when you got her, to which he replies “but our breeder is an excellent man”, which I seem to be having a hard time believing given what has happened. Further, seems like there was absolutely no sympathy at all, suggesting that this might not be the first time he’s received such a call. If there has to be one thing you take away from this review, it’s that they clearly see this as a business and do not care for dogs like they should. Absolutely shattered having lost my dog because of their wrongdoings.

Very nice service. Very sweet and humble staff and above all they well know their job. Fully satisfied.

Good services. My go to for fur babies. Been regular since 5 years now. All the staff including groomers are careful with the paw baby

I am satisfied with the haircut and the wash. And they take good care of your dog and they have a variety of products to offer. Best place for your pet's grooming
