We’ve been bringing our Golden to HUFT Punjabi Bagh for the last 4 years, and honestly, they’ve always taken such good care of him. The staff is incredibly gentle, patient, and professional, and you can genuinely see how much they love animals. Our golden is usually very comfortable around them, which says a lot. It’s reassuring to have a place we can trust completely with our pet. Highly recommend them to any pet parent!

We had such an amazing experience at Heads Up and Tails! As first-time pet parents buying our very first male Maltese puppy, we were honestly nervous and had so many questions — but the staff made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and exciting for us. They were incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, guiding us through everything from puppy care to food recommendations and grooming tips. You can genuinely tell they care deeply about the pets and their customers. Our little Maltese is healthy, adorable, and already feels like part of the family. The service, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Heads Up and Tails for making this such a special memory for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet store!
