It was a great experience at Punjabi Bagh. You could find everything for your baby toy ties and the staff was very polite especially Surbhi She was very humble and very kind and welcoming
Loved the overall experience. My dog is found of this place, we usually choose this place for grooming over any other place.
Brilliant services, polite staff, and extremely knowledgeable groomers. I’ve always had a great experience with my dog here.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They sent me a payment link, the payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and then they falsely claimed that the payment link had expired. I provided clear proof that the amount was deducted, yet they continue to deny responsibility. It has now been more than 2 weeks, and every single day they keep giving false promises that the refund will be processed “today” or “soon.” Nothing has happened. What is even more concerning is that they also collected my bank details during this process. Their staff member Ananya appears to be involved in a payment scam at this branch. Highly unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable service. I strongly advise everyone to stay cautious before making any payment to them.
Having a wonderful experience at huft punjabi bagh store who'll find everything for your baby toys to ties and shoes staff surbhi was very polite and helpful all the team was very professional
HUFT is the best place you could trust your pets with, I’ve personally been connected with them since 2019 and there’s no place I would trust more with my pet’s food, grooming, anything and EVERYTHING!
The staff is very professional and friendly towards both , the pet and the pet parents . Highly recommended for all ur pet care needs . They’ll either have it and if not they’ll arrange it for u
The groomer took extra time to blow-dry my dog gently so he wouldn't get spooked. Truly appreciated!"
Huft is always been jerry’s favourite. Janakpuri branch staff was very professional they delivered as quick as possible loved it, good stock n collection if they don’t have in store they arrange for me and deliver on time. Keep it up 👍 …
About this place.. Paradise for fur babies.. spacious n friendly staff.. easy to visit n car parking.. Grooming was done well Loved the Dog name tagging They charge somewhere around Rs 500 to Rs 600 The reason for one Star less is some items are quite expensive for no reason + offer available on website is not available in store which was disappointing There is a screen from where u can watch the grooming of fur baby can't go inside Spa room.. Note- They don't have Vet available + they don't have good package option for grooming if you think to get fur babies regularly.. or you can say taking package is still expensive than single visits Else, had an amazing experience
