My cat was undergoing treatment at this clinic for the past week. Yesterday morning around 6:00 AM, her condition became extremely critical. Seeking urgent help, I immediately called the clinic's doctor since they are located near my house. Instead of providing any emergency guidance, life-saving advice, or immediate assistance, the doctor completely refused to help, stating that the clinic opens only at 9:00 AM, and told me to take her to Max Hospital. Sadly, due to this lack of timely response and medical negligence during a critical emergency, my cat passed away just 30 minutes later at 6:30 AM. To make matters worse, when I highlighted this genuine and painful experience, the clinic started threatening me with police complaints and legal action to force me to delete my review. I have full proof of my cat's 1-week treatment bills, prescriptions, and the early morning emergency call logs. Sharing a genuine personal experience is my right, and I am writing this solely to alert other pet parents so they don't face a similar tragedy in an emergency.
There are no words to convey how wonderful Dr. Riyaz, Dr. Nadeem, and his team were in their willingness to assist me. He has a strong affection for animals, which is evident. He genuinely cares about his patients and their owners. They accommodated me because I was worried about my pet. I shall be eternally thankful, and I will be taking my Dyna and Lyca to see him in the future. I really suggest this clinic because they genuinely care for your cat!!😇😇
