Overall, my experience with Glabol was very positive. The hotel was very good. There was a little disappointment with the coordinator and trip leader initially, as the coordination could have been better. However, later the group coordination improved, and everything went well. During the trip, we explored many beautiful places and activities. One of the best parts of this journey was that I made very good friends through Glabol. I came as a solo traveler, but once I reached there, I never felt alone. I met wonderful people, created beautiful memories, and felt very comfortable throughout the trip. This journey has given me lifetime memories, and I am really glad I experienced it. She kept the energy high, made sure everyone was comfortable, and the whole experience was just super fun from start to finish. I recently visited Himachal Pradesh and had a good overall experience. A special mention to our trip captain, Devanshi, whose professionalism, leadership, and supportive nature made the journey smooth and enjoyable. However, the traveler management team did not meet expectations due to gaps in coordination and communication. Despite this, Devanshi handled everything efficiently and ensured a pleasant trip. Overall, the experience was positive, largely because of her efforts.

Had an amazing experience with Glabol on Leh-Srinagar trip. Everything was well taken care of and we had so much fun. The places we stayed were neat and maintained well. Made some of the best memories with the group. Thank you Glabol, Siddharth and Yash for making this trip memorable.

Extremely Disappointing & Poorly Managed Tour - Not Recommended I recently completed a 7-day group tour covering Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi, and Koh Samui, and it turned out to be one of the most poorly managed travel experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue was the complete lack of responsibility from the tour organizer. On the final day, the organizer didn’t even show up and simply asked us to manage on our own while providing minimal support over messages. Even that support was unreliable.. calls were not answered when urgently needed, leaving us stranded and confused at multiple points. Throughout the trip, coordination was extremely weak: - Tickets and important details were shared at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress. - There was no proper on-ground support or backup plan at any point. - Due to the absence of a guide, we were left vulnerable to local operators. Because of this, we ended up spending significantly more money than expected. In places like Phi Phi, we were clearly taken advantage of by boat operators.. forced into paying extra for basic activities, with no guidance or protection from the tour organizer. This is completely unacceptable for a paid group tour where people rely on proper planning, coordination, and support. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with this organizer unless they are prepared to manage everything themselves and deal with unnecessary stress and extra costs. Very poor experience. Would not recommend at all.
