Paid a lot for our Spiti trip with Glabol, but travel coordinator Aastha gave us no consideration whatsoever. Requests ignored, basic assistance denied. Extremely frustrating experience.

**Worst travel experience ever.** I paid extra, but *just two days before the trip*, I received a call saying that I was being transferred to another B2B company, *Byko Journey*. While traveling, I realized the itinerary was completely different from what I had booked. The backend team was extremely unprofessional, and everyone in our group felt cheated because they had been given the same false promises and had a similar story to mine. My dream destination turned into a nightmare. We were stranded in a remote area with "no network, no electricity", and "12 people crammed into one tent". We faced harassment, abusive behavior, threats, and even had to travel with a person allegedly driving the Jimny while intoxicated. We spent the night praying to reach Manali safely. Despite repeated assurances from "Yash at Glabol" that the trip would be safe, the reality was completely different. Don't trust verbal promises. Verify everything in writing, and never travel solo if your booking is transferred to another B2B operator. Your safety comes first.

This was my first trip with the Glabol team, and honestly, it was an amazing experience! The team was incredibly supportive and friendly throughout. Special thanks to Niraj Bhai—he took great care of all of us from start to end. A big shoutout to Stanzin as well—at one point, he even stopped to ensure everyone was present, and if someone was missing, he went back to find them. That kind of care really stood out. As a biker, I truly enjoyed riding with the group. It was a joyful, fun, and heartwarming trip. The hotels provided by Glabol were excellent too. Along the way, I also made some great friends, which made the journey even more memorable. Just saying "thank you" doesn’t feel enough for everything the Glabol team did. Hats off to you all

They took care of everything, allowing me to truly immerse myself in the breathtaking landscapes and rich culture of the Himalayas. I recently traveled to Spiti Valley with this company, and while the destination itself was amazing, the overall management from the company side was disappointing. If you are planning a solo trip, I strongly recommend ensuring that you have all the necessary contact details in advance, including the driver and trip coordinator (marshal). In my case, when I reached Shimla early in the morning, there was no one available to pick me up. Despite making multiple calls, there was no timely response from their side. Because of this delay, the vehicle heading toward Spiti left without me, which was extremely frustrating. There were also multiple instances of mismanagement during the trip. On the last day of our stay in Kalpa, the hotel payment had not been completed by the company. Due to this, we were held back at the hotel until the payment was cleared, which caused a significant delay and resulted in us reaching Shimla much later than planned. Overall, the company tends to give generic assurances like “everything will be managed” and “contacts will be shared,” but in reality, the coordination is lacking. Suggestion for future travelers: Always collect driver and coordinator contact details beforehand Confirm pickup arrangements clearly Ensure all bookings and payments are pre-confirmed The trip itself (Spiti) is beautiful, but better planning and communication are absolutely necessary from the company’s side.

Got awesome experience with the team Captain Siddharth is an awesome personality who ensures safety and manages the itinerary so that bad weather doesn’t spoil the trip. His smiling face is an addition to the fun of the trip.

Glabol has good packages, good hotels, and good food arrangements. The problem is their operations team. There was a clear lack of communication and coordination throughout the trip. We were often left waiting for information that should have been shared well in advance. The company has potential, but unless the operational standards improve, the customer experience will continue to suffer.
