Had a great experience of Ladakh bike trip with Glabol. They have provided good accomodation throughout the trip.All the crew was supportive. The ride was mesmerizing with Royal Enfield Himalyan and Glabol.

Big shoutout to Global India! I recently traveled with them to Himachal, and this was my first solo trip. The experience was truly amazing and completely hassle-free. The entire journey was very smooth, with no difficulties at any point. The itinerary was well planned, and our captain made sure everything stayed on schedule so we could cover all the places comfortably. I felt safe and well supported throughout the trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Global India to anyone planning a trip—whether you are a solo female traveler or traveling with a group. It was a wonderful experience, and I would happily travel with them again.

We booked a Kashmir trip with this Glabol India company, and today is our last day of the tour. Overall, the experience was mixed. The journey from Delhi to Jammu was very disappointing. The bus provided was not comfortable at all, and we had to stand for almost 2 hours while waiting for the bus. The bus conditions were very poor, the seats and floor were wet, and the entire journey was extremely uncomfortable. This gave us a very bad start to the trip, which was quite frustrating. However, after reaching Kashmir, the experience improved a lot. The hotel was very good, the food quality was excellent, and the hospitality was really nice. The tour captain was kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the trip, and the driver was also good and cooperative. If the company improves the travel arrangements, especially the bus journey, the overall experience would be much better.

Had a wonderful experience with glabol team . I have had 2 trips with them( Kashmir and Vietnam)Both were neatly organised and i enjoyed my trip without any tension. Vishnu was very helpful and understanding, helped to customise my itinerary as per my requests.

I had the best experience with them for the ladhak trip. The trip Marshall(vikash) was great. The whole crew the great. They mangaed it really well.

Unprofessional behavior and disappointing service. Not recommended. Initially, Astha and Anshika (coordinators from Glabol) were polite and responsive before receiving the payment. However, after the payment was made, their behavior changed completely and became rude and unprofessional. We paid the booking amount in advance, as required. The second phase of payment was completed after boarding the bus, exactly as agreed. After reaching Jammu, only ₹3,000 remained to be paid. Unfortunately, our prepaid SIM cards stopped working, which caused UPI payment issues. We clearly informed Anshika that we would arrange the payment from our city and requested some time. At no point did we refuse to pay. Despite this, the response was highly unprofessional. Just for ₹3,000, the bus was stopped midway, and we were told the trip would not continue unless the amount was paid immediately. This occurred on the third day of the trip, which was completely unacceptable and humiliating. The behavior of the coordinators, especially Anshika, was rude and disrespectful. We were spoken to in an inappropriate manner, including remarks like “natak kar rahe yeh log, paisa lo.” Such language is unacceptable in any professional service environment. The trip itself was also below expectations. Many locations were not properly planned or covered. Only when we personally searched for nearby places were we informed by the captain that we could visit them. There was no proactive planning or guidance from the agency. I have traveled to many places across India, but this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a travel agency. Glabol needs serious improvement in service quality and must provide proper customer communication and professionalism training to their coordinators. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
