My overall experience with local Trip Captain was best. On the positive side, the hotels provided during the trip were good, the food was satisfactory, and the places covered in the itinerary were nice. The bus used during the trip was comfortable, and the driver was professional and supportive. However, there were some serious issues that affected the experience. While booking, a train journey from Delhi to Jammu was promised, but it was not provided. Instead, we were put on an overnight sleeper bus. Unfortunately, the seats were wet, which made it extremely uncomfortable and resulted in no sleep during the 10-hour journey. Despite this inconvenience, the company refused to provide any refund for the bus. Another concern was communication. Once the full payment was made, the response from the company became very slow. I had to message or call 3–4 times to get a reply. The bus details and timings were shared only 3–4 hours before departure, which caused a lot of uncertainty. Additionally, hotel details were not shared in advance, so we didn’t know where we would be staying until very late. While the on-trip arrangements were decent, better communication, transparency, and honoring promised services are strongly needed to improve the overall customer experience.

Recently travel to Spiti Valley bike trip from GLABOL! It was an amazing experience with great management. And good tour guidance...

Went on a winter spiti trip with them It was the splendid experience 😍😍 The company promised for the homestay at some places but even though they provided hotels at every place I liked this thing most about them & The trip captain YASH & Jimmy were so fun loving & cooperative.

Worst experience Scary experience with staff ( Astha ) at the end I will never go with this group again And we know the explanation but all decision taken after discussion still we lost the money If u still want to go with them thats ur luck..!!!!

As a solo female traveller, this Thailand Full Moon trip with Glabol was the perfect blend of adventure, safety, and unforgettable experiences. First i want to thank entire Glabol team for arranging this wonderful trip for us.I was little apprehensive in the beginning but i must say all wells that ends well. I join this trip as solo but little did i know that it will end in with a group of wonderful 7 friends.Going with unlimited memories and amazing good friends. Had an amazing experience with Glabol on a Himachal trip. The trip leaders Shashank and Ranveer were the best at what they did, made many friends and enjoyed the trip a lot. A huge thumbs up to Glabol and I recommend putting them at the top when planning a trip.

Booking process was very smooth thanks to sakshi. Stays and food was good specially at Hotel Mandala. Special thanks to Mr Karma and GM Rehman of Hotel Mandala. Food was just okay at Pengong lake stay need to improve. Thanks to Utkarsh, Stanzin and everyone who were their for us and taking care of everything on entire trip. It was a lifetime experience for me and made so many memories, met with people of different corners of the country but it was a very big group of around 50 people so it wasn't possible to follow the Itinerary properly but it is okay. Second thing is that we joined from Leh and the journey had already been started from Srinagar, So the people were familiar to each other. It took us time to know other people. So my suggestion is that start a different trip for people who are joining from Leh to Leh. Overall experience was very good. Everyone was helpful and ready to resolve the issue.
