Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Staff at Best Price Flipkart Wholesale - Indore 1 I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at Best Price Flipkart Wholesale - Indore 1, specifically related to a phone order I attempted to place for Basa Fish. My initial call was met with negligence; the staff member on the line seemed uninterested in assisting me, showing a lack of professionalism that I did not expect from a reputable establishment. I was assured of a fixed rate and availability by another staff on 1st Apr'24. Based on the commitment given by the staff and Believing in the value of direct communication, I visited the store in person to address the issue, only to be met with an even more disheartening situation. Upon escalation to the floor manager and their team, instead of receiving the expected assistance and apology, I was subjected to what can only be described as bullying and teasing behind my back. They could be heard saying "aaj to ye machhli pakad ke hi jayega." This behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply inappropriate, reflecting poorly on the management and operational values of such a great organisation. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a customer-facing industry, where respect and assistance should be paramount. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of Flipkart Wholesale, leading me to reconsider future engagements with this establishment and advise others to be wary of the potential for similar treatment. A business, especially one dealing in wholesale and requiring frequent and reliable interactions, should prioritize customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the staff at Best Price Flipkart Wholesale - Indore 1 have failed to uphold these basic standards, resulting in a disappointing and frustrating experience for what should have been a simple transaction. Edit 1 - Also to mention that all this happened when I visited the store with my wife and infant daughter. The time was approx. 9:30pm. We had an ordeal of ~45 minutes. My wife overheard the staff making fun of me.

Good place to go if you have a good value shopping cart. Helps you save quite a bit. The range it huge from electronics, staples, stationery to fresh food, everything is available. Cons: small size SKUs missing for most staples and many a times the options for brands are not available. Also you need to choose your time carefully else you could spend a good amount of time at the billing counter.
