Good facility provide..staff is good...The bus was clean and well-maintained, and the seats were comfortable. The driver was very pauntual...

I ordered primo bus but got a cabin for two people that was too small and claustrophobic in the upper cabin. The roof is too close. The ac was too cold esp on the U 17,18 seats. The buses were prompt and reached on exactly on time and called us on the dot for reminder.

I found raj ratan different only because it had tv but it was disappointing to see tv was not active, lights were switched on around 10 pm at my seat .

Very bad experience with the agency the washroom was dirty . Flus is not working even their is no any thing that any body can use after washroom.. and when I complained to reception they are saying.. karwa deta hu baith jawo and their is not any action taken by their staff .after all they are saying we have more passanger and we don't need advertisement and any thing else ..

The bus is pretty on time usually the places where the bus boards could be better never the less the seats are comfy nd the air conditioner is chilling take a light blanket with you if you are planning to travel in here... The ride is comfortable... Would have given 5 stars if the bus stopped at better places alas... The places this bus stops at the washrooms aren't generally clean enough for women to use... Except that the journey was pretty smooth
