Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

#travel #comfort nice stop points amd travel comfort. quite affordable prices and ac buses are very good. point: they dont provide water and stuff when travelling towards indore from any other station.

TV not operational. No timely pickup but timely drop was there

In case the bus is booked with number 0999/9990 then you are going to have a fantastic journey as they are the new one otherwise the older buses experience is just average

Bahut ganda service hai, bus me na hi linen thi n hi pillow tha aur bus rate train k 1st tear ac se bhi mahnga, Aur inke office k bothroom me pani hi nhi tha bolne k bad bhi koi solution nhi nikla.

Very comfortable journey, service is good, punctual in time

On time. Hygienic. Bharat benz was comfortable too. Just that the spead breakers were a little hurtful and troubles you while you sleep, specially if the seats in the back.

Manager/Damager - Mr. Chhabra is worst person on the earth i ever met. When my mother ask politely to him 'Veer ji thoda side de dijiye'. His reply was -'Aur kitna side me ho jau, kya ander ghus jau bus me kya.' Owner's number not provided by staff. Another Hans travels in making bcoz of this kind of people's and their behaviour.

It was great experience travelling through Raj Ratan Travels. Bus was clean with all the necessary amenities available. They have a good place selection for the dinner.

Rest stop - Smiley Stone is not good Few buses on Indore route got delayed frequently

Despite intimating that I'm from the armed forces and I require to report to duty tomorrow urgently to Nashik I was denied to board the bus from Indore as I had a 2 months old puppy sleeping in a basket. I was even denied a refund. It's sad I'm serving such citizen who would not make an exception for their soldiers nor would have the decency to reimburse the money atleast. Super Sad experience with Raj Ratan Travels.
