Very clean buses. Good Staff. Buses Halts for dinner and Tea only at good hotels.
Humble request to Mr.Vinod jain please make a waiting area for the customer atleast at your indore head office if not with ac atleast with fan and covered waiting not open with flies and mosquitoes
The new secured campus is really good. Has ample amount of parking space and is situated on the main road right next to the petrol pump.
Always prefer travelling from Raj Ratan but this time the office guy of Choithram office is taking more charges than offical charges mentioned on there official website he is asking for the 1900 for pune service but on website it is mentioned 1599-1699 such a ridiculous service Raj Ratan team you will loose your prominent customer like this Negative Professionalism, Value

Worst buses ever, very dirty buses, not clean, lights does not work inside, very rude driver and conductor. Would prefer roadways bus over this
Staff behaviour was extra ordinary poor, when asking for extra blankets and suffering from cancer and feaver they deny.
Awesome luxury bus with big TV and very near and clean. Drivers and conductor are very supportive for female / family person.
worst experience..rude staff..always late..they pick passengers directly in low fares and charging high rates with booking..no safety for passengers.. my foot almost got fractured while I was sleeping,, foolish conductor closed door along my feet 😡 …
Sab thik hai staff bhi achha hai lekin pune se indore ki 17 hour ki journey me one stop fresh hone ke liye arrange kare passengers ko bahut takleef hoti hai ,
