Value for money. If you are planning to travel to Pune ( time/money wise ) Bus services is good option.
Poor service and bad behaviour by drivers
Very rude behavior of staff they tried to remove our luggage from the bus Would not prefer travelling with raj ratan onwards....
Very good service and very punctual
Only luggage related services taken from them till date
Worst management, my bus got stuck and they asked me to go by another any means of travel by myself , when forced by people, they called a new bus in 4 hr . Worst service
So if you book your ticket for a place which is a small city . They might not take you to the destination . They can shift you in a local bus from their last stop which they don't mention . everything else is fine .
Buses condition is not that good if u are planning with ac sleeper. Cockroach can be found near seats
I really don't want to give even 1 star, since I am a regular traveler and I have no option but to travel in RR. Their drivers and conductors are very bad, don't behave well.
