My cats, which were also treated in this hospital, died. They just give 3 injections to everyone. From here, go to the room number, then take the receipt from there, then go to another room, then go out to get the medicine. This place is excellent for animal treatment. The doctors are highly qualified and genuinely care for the animals. I can confidently say it's a much better option for pet care than many private clinics.

My pet was initially taken to this hospital for a suspected infection. Instead of diagnosing and treating the root cause — later confirmed to be a blood infection — the doctors irresponsibly prescribed multiple courses of antibiotics without proper investigation. This indiscriminate use of antibiotics severely impacted my kitten’s liver and led to jaundice. By the time I realized the actual condition and sought a second opinion, it was already too late. I allege the following serious issues against the hospital and its staff: 1. Negligent Diagnosis: There was no proper diagnostic testing or efforts to understand the underlying infection. 2. Over-prescription of Antibiotics: My kitten was subjected to heavy and unnecessary antibiotics that led to liver damage. 3. Lack of Proper Communication: The doctors failed to inform me of the risks or suggest further testing or referral to a better facility. It highlights not just medical negligence but a systemic failure in the treatment of animals in government veterinary setups.

Overall Good Experience For few points can be improved. Medical Shop should be within Hospital so that If any medicine or injection need to purchase can buy easily. The Pet Records should be sync with Registration so that vaccination details can be archived without paper, or card, incase of Missing. It will not take much space can be managed with provided budget funds. Except few doctors all think they are doing some faver while it's their duty and job to provide cure to the ill animals
