Dr. Dhiraj stands out for his efforts in the field of veterinary science, not only for his professional competence but also for his extraordinarily empathetic treatment of the pet, like it's his own. Not only this, he is equally welcoming of strays, and gives them as much of his attention and care, which is so nice. The staff, in general, is extremely polite, courteous and friendly and take very good care of the pet, when in their care for either grooming or otherwise. It is the best veterinary clinics in the neighborhood and one of the best in Delhi, as far as I know.

I took a rescue dog to this doctor and he didn't know how to treat or handle pups. He started talking about money right from when we entered the clinic. Not approachable and highly egoistic. Refused to give us any information of how to handle an injured dog despite taking the consultation fees. If you love your pet, please don't visit him. In response to the Doctor's very common Fake Review Comment: Dear Mr. Doctor, I visited your clinic on 31st a Sunday, and the name mentioned in your records is that of my Husband (not necessary that the same person has to review and fill your records. It's not an Adhar Card sir) And yes thanks to your money making tactics I had to visit another vet in emergency. If only you knew about diagnosis other than just asking us to feed our dogs pedigree. You can report our comments, it just shows that you don't have he heart for negative review and yes it also shows how egoistic you are of your capabilities! Also don't ask us to be positive, when you don't know how to smile or talk to pet-parents reassuringly. Doctors like you get us overwhelmed with tension rather than relief! Also, you're a bad Vet! I don't have a pet myself but visited with a friend. Well maintained and welcoming environment at the clinic. The staff and vet are highly professional. They go into the details of the issue and make the owner understand the same in most simple and easy to understand language as for a lay man with no medical knowledge. This is the best thing as not everybody is well versed with medical jargon and end up blindly trusting the doctor. Her they use a different approach. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vet in Delhi.

I had to take my Golden Retriever puppy to Apollo Vets Healthcare because he was in a lot of pain in his hind leg. But my experience there wasn't good. The vet didn't really check my puppy properly. He just looked at an X-ray report and didn't even ask for the X-ray film. It felt like he wasn't taking things seriously. What made it worse was that when I wanted a second opinion, he didn't seem interested. I had already been to CGS Hospital for advice and tests. But the vet at Apollo Vets Healthcare didn't care much and just told me to stick with the other hospital's advice. I want to warn other pet parents to be careful if they're thinking about going to Apollo Vets Healthcare. My experience there made me doubt their professionalism and how much they care about pets. Also, I've heard that this vet often dismisses negative reviews as fake on Google. So, please do your research before taking your pet to him. It's important to find a vet who really cares about your pet's health, so make sure you think twice before choosing a vet.

This doctor contains all the traits you are expecting to see in a good vet. He is humble, he is kind and he is very very polite and very professional. When I took my babies to see him he was able to empathize and sympathize with me he was able to comprehend what was going wrong first week of may I was a mess I couldn't understand what to do two weeks old kittens they were too much for me. He check the temperature of my kittens advice how to stimulate them to pee. Advice not to feed human baby food and instructed to feet kitten in food the milk formula. He also advise me not to worry and made me understand how and why we need to take care of the kittens now. I would highly recommend this doctor.... thank you so much sir for your help. God bless you

I visited the clinic to get my dogs travel health certificate. The doctor is extremely genuine, cooperative and helpful. He went an extra mile to ensure that I get the right documents for my dog to travel. The staff is polite as well. We are moving out of Delhi but I highly recommend this doctor for all the pet parents.

This vet has no idea what he is doing. Our pet had slight fever so we took him to his clinic. He said he is completely fine and gave a medicine (for fever and pain) and said there is nothing to worry. My pet died 2 days later. He was 18 months old. Dr Bhardwaj knew my pet since the beginning and he was so callous towards his well being. My pet died because of his sheer incompetence and carelessness. I lost the love of my life because of him. I would highly recommend pet parents to not trust his man with your baby's well being. Edit #1 - My pet's name is Leo. I am sure you remember him now. He came to you on Friday with a slight fever and you said it is because of 'environmental stress' and there is nothing to worry. What does that even mean? We called you again on Sunday evening to tell you that his fever keeps coming back despite medication and you asked us to get CBC done but you never counseled us to take him to the hospital immediately or so forth. Why didn't you get a CBC done on Friday itself? You are the doctor and we trusted your judgement. It was a grave mistake.
