Best service dr is good

This place is not a clinic but a business. Don't take your pet here if you really care for your pet's well being. They don't know how to treat. Despite of paying almost 15,000 they couldn't cure my dog. I had to take my dog to Dr Anand in Janakpuri and he was diagnosed properly in just one day and was back to normal the very next day. This place is just a rip off. They don't care about your pet. They are just interested in their bank balance. Negative Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very disappointed by the behavior and knowledge of doctor, he doesn't seem to know too much. I took my dog to show a swelling that developed at the cite of injection after getting a vaccination for him at this clinic (administered by his unqualified staff). He refused to take accountability and blamed it to be a possible injury from potentially running into something (lol) and could not be anything else. The clinic is also in a state of disarray. Sure enough will not be taking my dog to visit this clinic again.

Dr Dheeraj Bhardwaj is the most experienced and ready to help doctor in complete delhi NCR. My 3 year old beagle was facing a skin allergy and i consulted around 7-8 vets with good recommendations around delhi even Gurgaon. However no one was able to provide relief to my dog until i visited Apollo Vets Healthcare. The doctor went an extra mile to help me as I had to commute around 18kms to visit him. Even the staff at the clinic is superfriendly and respectful. My overall experience was wonderful, therefore I recommend all pet owners to consult him if in need. Thankyou

Very good team of doctors and assistants, all of them are professional and take very good care of animal patients. Dr. Dheeraj and his team have been God's gift to our family. Our Beagle Baby - Zero Singh Rawat - received the best care and love from Dr Dheeraj. Dr Dheeraj gave the best guidance for the transition to senior years, how to take care, precautions, diet, and human touch required in this phase. It is due to Dr. Dheeraj, our Baby ZERO, lived a long life . We truly understood the importance of such care and guidance in senior years of our pet baby. It is in senior years of pet life that one realises how much your pet needs you, how much they are dependent on you and still inspite of all old age your pet has the ability to love you so much. Every extra day in a pet's life is a gift to pet parents. We got truly gifted in receiving this and thank Dr. Dheeraj for all his support and guidance. I have been visiting Apollo vets for almost two months now. Very pet friendly and experienced staff. Customer friendly staff. Special mention for Dr.Dheeraj Bhardwaj very knowledgeable and gives practical advice. Makes you understand the issue and remedy in simple terms. Upkeep and staff deserve five star. The other doctors who comes occasionally there are equally professional.

For the comment you gave me on my review : 1) Anorexic - Shiro WAS eating specific food. He was not anorexic. Also did not loose any of his weight. 2) 104.4 temp- If you have a record of his history he was an anxious dog and his temp usually shot up because of visiting vet hospital. You might not know this because of your ignorance. But it was informed to us by other Vet. 3) Kidney high risk - You did not suggest us to take him to emergency. Instead you gave him injection and asked us to visit the next day. If he was high risk why did you not keep him there and treat him. This is your ignorance completely. And most important point. The review section is for us to give the exact opinion that we feel about it. Without being biased. If you instead of improving yourself take it negatively them you should take yourself down from the review board. Thank you. Initial review: They know what they are doing. They simply write the negative reviews as FAKE because they want to do business and not the treatments.

I am going to Apollo Vets from long. Whenever I go there I feel very happy for my pets that they are in perfect hand. Dr. Bhardwaj is experienced and polite Doctor.i feel very comfortable talking to him about my babies..Staff are well trained and polite. And most important they never overcharge for anything.thank you very much Apollo Vets for keeping my babies safe. All the best👍

The entire team is great and reliable. While I always appreciated the way they deal with our dog. Our respect for the doctor further increased once he willingly treated a stray that we brought in and did not even charge his fees. Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism
