RT/PCR testing for canada and other places, It is in the car parking 1 level of departure outside the airport. You can easily see the building named "CAR PARK" when you approach TERMINAL 3 after the check post. Bring cash 500 rs/- per head. And for Canada it's separate than others. Less crowded other counter are super crowded so canadian are lucky for that. Fill form and bring it at counter. Forms are at the entrance on a table just watch for it. You can take elevator from arrival to level 1 to reach parking area where it is all setup. Keep proper masking and avoid people there as it is super crowded and people are stranded what to do and where. For canada you'll see on the door " For Canada and Transit from Canada". You'll get report in email in 4-6 hrs. So make sure email is correct while filling form. Best for luck, be safe.

It’s has been more than 10 days now but they haven’t given COVID report yet. Off course, I have called them many times but their phone is always busy. They even don’t care and they don’t understand the seriousness of pandemic situation. They just wanted to make money. I recommend that plz don’t go for any test at Genestrings Diagnostic Centre. beware of fake Genestrings Diagnostic Centre!!

One of my relatives tested negative at Delhi Airport but in the report Sample method is not mentioned weather the sample taken from nasal OR Salavia . He gets stuck at Japan Airport . I am trying to contact on Phone but phone is not reachable , Cell , Landline .It is very miserable for us

We did test for two person today. But we registered same mobile number for both patienta. Will I get two reports on same mobile number. I called multiple time Customer service but no-one pick up call. Please send us reports on time as commited 4-6 hours via mobile and email both

They are doing Rapid RTPCR tests on airport to loot people at the price of 5000 INR. And there is no protocol, no social distancing, no covid norms following. People may get infected at their centre very easily. They are just busy in collecting money and taking benefits of helplessness of people who are already short of money.

Appreciate the promptness and professionalism of the Genestrings counter staff as well as the customer support (Mr. Vinod) over phone/whatsapp. Got our RTPCR test results for Canada in about 4 hours. Only issue is that there's no proper guidance either on the Genestrings website or the IGIA webpage to locate the lab/sample booths. We couldn't even find any signboards or pointers at the building entrance or the lifts or anywhere but rather wander all around and ask the security staff and taxi drivers whom we met at every floor of the multi-level car parking, but with no success.
