The process is simple, the staff is cooperative, and there’s no struggle with bookings or selecting test panels. Everything is well-organized, making it easy to get tests done without any confusion. Very bad experience at Dr. Lal PathLabs. The staff was highly unprofessional and did not know how to properly give an injection/sample. While inserting the needle, they kept asking “sir aapko pain toh nahi ho raha?” and then pushed the needle completely inside carelessly. After the test, the person’s hand got severe swelling and pain. Such negligence is unacceptable in a diagnostic lab. Properly trained staff and patient safety should be their priority. Would not recommend this branch at all.

The billing staff are very cordial and efficient. The premises is very clean and hygienic. Overall experience is very good.

Worst management experience. Patients are being called for tests without proper coordination. After travelling from far away for my scheduled scan, I was informed at the last minute that the doctor was unavailable and I should come tomorrow. No communication, no accountability, lift not working, and complete inconvenience for patients. Please improve your management before taking appointments.
