Got my blood tests, ultrasound, ECG and chest X-ray done from Dr Lal PathLabs over the past week and, surprisingly, the whole experience was very smooth. The token system is actually well managed, so there’s no crowd chaos or that silent staring contest at the counter to figure out whose turn it is. The staff is helpful, clear with directions, and things move fast without feeling messy. The biggest plus for me is how quickly the reports are available on the app — no chasing, no repeated calls. And the report ATM at the centre is a brilliant touch. Walk in, print your reports, walk out. Perfect for people who prefer minimal interaction. The only drawback is the offline report collection timing. A 6–9 PM window feels too short and a bit inflexible if you don't have a regular work schedule. Overall, very organised, efficient and stress-free — exactly what you want when you’re already dealing with medical tests.
