For the Preet Vihar Branch, Can give 5 stars but given only 3 stars bcuz of some reason , and the reason was I had done an mri of brain and spine and some other tests as well which cost me of around 14,500/- and all the tests were done in the morning itself and the receptionist said that the reports will come in the evening itself and it also came but as my home distance from the lab is approx 2km and the fare of one side is only 100/- so in evening when I came to lab for report collection the receptionist gave me and I went home and after reaching home the call from the receptionist came and he said that we have mistakenly given you the preliminary report of your brain mri and not the confirmatory one so I again went to the lab for report collection which became a hectic case for me to again travel 2 km and again giving the fare of 100/-. I can consider that it is a human error but as being a good reputated lab in the country you should check the report twice or thrice before giving it to the patient..
We have been regular at the said facility and their conduct is good and professional. Would recommend!

The radiologist doctor was very kind and explained everything so clearly and patiently. Also, receptionist Jagdish Chandra was extremely cooperative, polite, and helpful throughout.
