Staff behaviour is very good. Ambience is very good. Overall experience is very good
Very poor service, false promises made for online report for x ray. Not received, no link nothing was sent, contacted customer service many times, no resolution was given. Finally collected the report from centre and raised the concern the report link was sent to the mobile. Customer service didn’t give pret vihar centre contact details even when I asked for. Highly disappointed.
The dealing official is nice behaved and very fast working. Centre is located at very convenient place.

Overall good but need to come with some package to be cost effective as like I have niva bupa insurance which don't get covered. Why? Staff is good but management need to some with some package and incorporate niva bupa
