KTC India - Luxury Car Rental Delhi

Worst service cab,they take the money by telling the cab will be on time and they don't speak English nor answer the call. We book the prepaid in the Delhi Airport. If a rating of zero exists will give them that,I don't recommend anyone to book their services.

I am writing to report an unacceptable experience with the KTC rental car driver in Delhi. During our trip, he repeatedly made remarks about our financial status, implying we were “low budget” and questioning our ability to afford certain hotels. He also made disrespectful comments about our country, suggesting that people from smaller or poorer nations cannot earn well. Such behavior is discriminatory, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate in a customer service role. Instead of focusing on providing safe and courteous service, he created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. I request that this matter be taken seriously to ensure future customers are treated with respect and dignity.

This company is a con. We landed in T3 on a very cold morning (11/1/26). Hoping to avoid the long walk to the Uber/Ola zone, I opted for KTC cab to Gr. Noida. Firstly, KTC is insanely expensive. 3,000 Vs 1,900 for Uber Premium. Secondly, they are unprofessional. We had to wait 25-30 mins in the freezing cold. They kept telling us "paanch minute, paanch minute". They called many cab drivers but no one materialised. Eventually they got one after many attempts. My impression: KTC does not have cabs on call. They first take your money and then scramble to arrange a cab. You can't even go back into the terminal to get a refund. AVOID.

we booked a cab innova crysta from Gurgaon to Dehradun via delhi for an event. driver Mr. Jai Narayan Meena was full sleepy in whole trip, even though we took 3 tea breaks in 4.5hrs journey. he was driving at 70 at the expressway and there were many near miss incidents on the way. and as we asked if he is ok or not then he bacame angry saying i have 22yrs exp. very rude behaviour and rackless driving. we just reached home safely by god grace and would never recommend this type of drivers in future. he doesnt know any routes in gurgaon and if i tell him the route he started yelling at me. thats we pay for, driver yelling, time waste, money waste, safety issues. KTC check this issue otherwise you guys will be close soon because of this kind of deivers. he was on youtube in whole way with earphones

I had a great experience with KTC Car Rental Services. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The chauffeur was professional, polite, and punctual throughout the journey. The booking process was smooth, and the overall service was reliable and hassle-free. I really appreciate KTC for providing such a high-quality and customer-friendly experience.
