They have got the worst service never use this they are just overcharging tourists they charge 3000 from Delhi airport to noida and driver asked for 200 more saying this and that charge later we asked people the max fare was 1200 from delhi airport to noida 2000 more seriously?? Such a swindlers

Avoid this for airport transfers. In my case, they changed the route to avoid paying tolls, even after the price was decided based on tolls. Very disappointing experience from Delhi airport to Gurgaon

Bad experience, asked for 6 people and 7 pieces of luggage, specifically requested a clean car, but no one cared. They gave us car registration 4727, and when we went outside, it was a totally different situation. We had to wait for 20 minutes and walk far to get the car. It’s an international airport; lots of tourists are coming, and there are no regulations. It’s bad for our country's reputation to allow this kind of company. We really need the government to take urgent action to solve these issues.

KTC provided prompt quote for my transfer to Delhi International Airport. The chauffer was on time, courteous and the minivan clean and very comfortable. I'll definitely be using their services for my transportations needs.

5 times more expensive than ola/uber for the same distance. Drivers ask for 'kharcha pani' when they drop you, and after you tip them look at you like they want more. The trip itself was good.

Took a taxi from them from Delhi Airport to pushkar when I landed at 9pm. 1 hour into the drive the driver was falling asleep at the wheel and barely was able to keep his eyes open. I was so scared. And afraid. I made the driver stop midway where I slept in a hotel for the night and let him go off. Very not safe and irresponsible.

They cheated a friend from France of 4480 rupees for 2 KM ride. And it was a 15 year old toyota.(Not luxury)

The drivers are not presentable and helpful, they make customers do the luggage handling and have the audacity to demand tips. After tipping them 10% of the trip they still ask for more. Does the company not pay them well? I had 3 times same Bad experience despite complaining to the manager / supervisor. I have the whatsapp proof as well. Unfortunately won't be using them anymore.
