Carzonrent/Myles Office

Never take a taxi. Sooo expansive. I choosed it, while I thought I'll get a good drive. He was asking always for more money. And was lying that I should pay the entrance to Aerocity with 500 Rupies. I saw the prices, they pay 30 Rupies, which is like nothing compares to the higher price.

Very good service, nice staff. They make the self drive cars available at any time day or night. I have collected and deposited cars at very odd times like 2 am and 4 am. There rates are very reasonable and cars are mostly in good condition plus they are high or mid level trims.

It is a Good Drive for me here in Delhi for 4 days. The Cab driver is very supportive and helpful and he is fluent in English as well. Thanks Ankur Sarup (UP14 MT2404). Overall the Experience is super for me with Carzonrent

One of the best Car Rental and Ground Transportation companies with various segment to choose from. Carzonrent India Private Limited, better known as Carzonrent is an Indian car-rental company. The company is headquartered in New Delhi, India. Carzonrent was founded by Rajiv Kumar Vij in 2000. In 2001, Carzonrent won the exclusive franchisee rights for the American car rental firm Hertz International in India.

We took a Rs 2500 rental to Alaknanda from t3, nearly 2.5 times of uber xL since we needed a bigger car. What you end up getting is a driver with smell of pan masala and expecting a tip in return rather explicitly. Surely a company that prides itself on premium service can train it's drivers better. The front desk was professional while booking.

Booked a cab from Delhi T1 to Gurgaon Sector 83. Very bad experiece with Carzonrent. I dont understand why they are charging such high rentals for poor quality cars and mis-behaved drivers. Despite paying a high price alongwith separate toll amount the driver insisted to another route (higher toll and longer duration), took that route and then did not know which exit to take, asked me to navigate on google maps entire way and at the end asked me for tips (for what !). Very bad experience and never taking their services again.

1900 for an Ertiga to go to Aerocity is loot in broad daylight. The porter we had pushing our luggage took us here and told us that Uber Ola etc had moved away from the main pick up area so this was the best bet. I don’t know how true that is but outside I saw signs for app pickups everywhere. The only good thing was car was new and clean, but 1900 for a barely 10 minutes drive was too expensive.
